However, I was expecting a more modern and well-maintained coach as the one we used was quite dated. The onboard facilities were also pretty basic. The journey itself was smooth and we arrived at our destination on schedule. Overall, the service was average. It met our basic needs, but I feel that the company could invest more in upgrading their fleet and improving the onboard amenities to provide a more satisfying experience for their customers.
