I recently booked a coach with this company for a weekend trip with my family. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. The coach arrived on time and the driver was polite and friendly. The seats were comfortable and there was enough space for all of us and our luggage. However, I was expecting a more modern and well-maintained coach as the one we used was quite dated. The onboard facilities were also pretty basic. The journey itself was smooth and we arrived at our destination on schedule. Overall, the service was average. It met our basic needs, but I feel that the company could invest more in upgrading their fleet and improving the onboard amenities to provide a more satisfying experience for their customers.
