Very bad experience. We paid roughly $200 a night for a three bedroom villa and it was not clean at all and the service is very slow and bad. I don t recommend at all as you will be very far from the city and having no options but to order from their bad service and quality offerings

This is the worst resort I have stayed at. Since there are no other options in light of this pandemic, I paid more than 2000 SAR for one bedroom for one night..I was shocked by the quality. The kitchen is broken, the appliances are not working, the TV channels you can barely see. I couldn't sleep well due to the noise late at night. I wonder where the Ministry of Tourism is from this miserable place. High rates and unacceptable accommodations. No wonder people go to Bahrain or any other country in the GCC where we get excellent accommodation at a very reasonable price.

Great place to outdoor for a day or two. Quite expensive for what value you get. I truly enjoyed it but will never repeat it due to overcharging.

Each villa has 3 rooms for 6 adults and 2 children.

It is truly disappointing to set high expectations and end up with a negative feedback. The resort has a potential and quite big and organized but the service ruins everything. The staff is not qualified for high end service and lack of experience and cant communicate properly in both arabic and english. Most of facilities open at 4 and you struggle to find someone to help you between 11AM and 4PM. Overpriced comparing to similar resorts in other countries. There was only one receptionist and very slow in serving guests during check out. I tried to reach room service during my stay to get some additional things to the villa with no luck. The electricity turned off for like one hour at night. Special thanks to Salah who tried to help while we were struggling to find someone to rent a gulf car. The food at dina club and the restaurant outside is below average.
