It is truly disappointing to set high expectations and end up with a negative feedback. The resort has a potential and quite big and organized but the service ruins everything. The staff is not qualified for high end service and lack of experience and cant communicate properly in both arabic and english. Most of facilities open at 4 and you struggle to find someone to help you between 11AM and 4PM. Overpriced comparing to similar resorts in other countries. There was only one receptionist and very slow in serving guests during check out. I tried to reach room service during my stay to get some additional things to the villa with no luck. The electricity turned off for like one hour at night. Special thanks to Salah who tried to help while we were struggling to find someone to rent a gulf car. The food at dina club and the restaurant outside is below average.
