Privacy was ok;
Slippers are a size 34 only ???!
The place is abit out dated and needs maintenance;
Entrance security was good but overall villa Safety was the WORST!
ALOT of maintnance needed to be done ( Eg: peeled wall paintings , broken drawer, broken bathroom sink, the spotlight needs replacement ....) ;
VERY LOUD music from neighboring villas,
No one to help with loading and unloading of your bags ;
Directions and navigation inside the resort was unclear with not enough street signs ,
Definitely does not meet to a standard of a 5 star resort .. more like a 3 star only , and 6000 SR per night is an extremely High price for a place with all these things that needs improvement
