I was excited for the opening of your PT's Gold store on south Buffalo near Warm Springs. Unfortunately I was greatly disappointed. I stopped by on the graveyard shift, the bartender was DJ. He greeted me when I walked in and was cordial. I sat down ordered a beer and began playing keno, my game of choice. I started gaming and when I was finished with my beer I was already in $50. I had tipped DJ $5 for the 1st beer. He kept walking by me and had obviously seen the empty bottle which I had placed in front of my machine, which I caught him making eye contact with many times. I didnt feel it was my resposibility toask for another since that is his job. Ater losing a total of $70 he FINALLY walks by and asks how am I doing on my beer. Mind you it was graveyard and he wasnt busy. I went down the road to Bomas and proceeded to lose a couple hundred dollars but didn't care because the bartender was very attentive and a REAL gaming bartender. Good luck with your new place but I will NEVER set foot in that place again.

Dealt with about 6 different people in here, all of them have been rude and unhelpful this place needs to do some hiring for the office extremely unpleasant every time I have to deal with them. All the reviews on here are fake. Two days ago it was 1 star now it s 4? This place is a joke.

First I read you're cutting hours in your Colorado Belle pit area to Friday's, Saturday's, and Sunday's. Then I read you're closing your pit area in one of the Arizona Charlie's. You DO realize that some of us gamblers play more table games than we do slots right?

Nice place to work. Loved the Human Resources Staff at Corporate office. Wish I could have stayed. Lots of perks.

This company allows its employees to play the same game they are working as evident in the bingo operation at the Pahrump Nugget. Highly un-ethical and creates ill will amonst the customers. No wonder the head count is so small and the losses so high.

been calling them over 3 weeks and i stopped by the office to get my jackpot w2 because i lost my copy i want to file my taxes and im delay because them not going to gamble on any there property anymore they make me suffer

Bus rides are available with a little bit of a treck but very accessible and visible at Sunset and Jones.

They steal your credit card info and then claim gambling losses in your name

Dirty rooms poor service there was food in the fridge surfaces were not wiped down sanitized horrible

I was privileged to experience something you don't see every day. This company stepped up to the plate and put customer service before profit! I'm so impressed how the "rep" handled the situation. He even took time to "inservice" the player on how to make sure mistakes could be prevented. Kudos

Needed open eateries available Mondays. For the traveler the Colorado River scene is great! And the River Belle is cozy!

Pretty lame the same games everyone has... over priced bad food.. and drink cost make you wonder if the machines are the only bandits here..

I played the check cashing spin and win promo and the last didn't start the drawing on time she started it late so I thought it had already been done . I stepped outside to change my baby and in the time I was changing my baby she did the drawing my name was called I went running into the casino and went to ace play she told me I missed it by 2 minutes which I wouldn't have if the drawing was held on time. I have to abide by the rules but they don't? Now it's a run around for me ! Not only that but the ace play supervisor told me it a gaming board rule not theirs which when I contacted the gaming board they said that is not true they don't make rules for promotions they only handle disputes! This is crazy just give me my money ! What a bunch of thieves .. mind you I cash my paycheck there daily !! What a way to treat your loyal customers.

Really cool when a gaming company monitors your gaming and the bar you game in, be a loyal customer come in daily and Golden makes sure that you Can t win, be a new customer Theyll throw you a jackpot and you ll lose it all with in a week, be smart walk away and don t look back

Working for the Nugget in Pahrump Nevada is the worst company ever!!! Golden Entrainment is cheap when it comes to providing for the employees they do not allow us to take home tip money its shared in a pool. We have to work all holidays with only your base $9 per hour pay NOT time and a half like MC Donald's or Walmart does. I mention those companies because they are low wage Pay companies but at least they do more for the employees. Its NO wonder they cant keep any employees the turn over is so large!! I hope the scum bag owner of this cheap company reads this !!!

They hire old farts like me and are very accommodating.

This place is a fraud, young reception in the employment center trying to play grown-up lies with a forked tongue waiting for her to let the hiring manager know I was there wait a full 30 minutes to even pick up the phone. The manager finally comes out with a snotty attitude trying to talk down to me like as I was a child which I had to stop her before she got herself hurt. Wanting you to beg for a job which under no circumstance will I ever do. All and all a complete waste of time. That B.S is not worth a minimum wage job of any kind.

My choice of game IS keno slots , it's that simple ...now , make it happen . Big win and Jackpots are long overdue. Arrange for it to hit. I've been waiting so long. Aside from that , love the place and enjoy the staff . Playing games brings pleasure.

Horrible company to work for. They hire people and let hem go for no valid reason and they hold your check for weeks.

Worst place and worse management team I ever experienced in all my years of working. They terminate people for no reason, that have never received any prior discipline actions. They talk down to staff like they are GODS !!!
I never worked for such an unorganized corporation in my entire career.

Ok so I was hired by golden entertainment in 5/18 I had went and abtained allworked cards that I was advised was required to work for the company, no problem traveled all over town picking the cards up not to mention and took them back to the corporate office. Then I am told I do not need any of these cards to work in the call center, wasted money I didn t have. Then Employment center agents advised me that my back ground check was not back yet so I couldn t start until that came back, no problem. I was then advised by call center management that they are in dyer need of someone in the call center and asked if I could start ASAP and I would not get paid for this time working right away as they would have to add it to my first three checks, so I would have OT for my first 3 paychecks, I recently moved to the area and very eager to work and thought let me help them. Started working first was trained by a very rude customer service agent who is no longer with the company, after one day of training I decided to not subject my self to anymore of his abuse and went on the phone by my self. When my first pay check comes around it was very short no OT as I was promised, I reach out to my direct supervisor and she stated let me take a look, added 10 hrs and had Marlyn Pegros cut the check immediately and send it over to the office I worked in. This issue continued for the next 3 pay periods as my check was never corrects. The more I complained finally I had a regional manger look into it and I was missing a total of 61 hrs, they sent another message over to Marlyn Pegros to fix this correction, she advised I am unable to cut a check for this amount, he must wait until Friday when we get paid. Doesn t make any sense as she has cut check on demand many other times, part of my position was to take care of employees not getting paid and sending them to the correct department to get paid. So after many mangers speaking to her they never cut a check, added to my regular 2 weeks 80hrs Of pay, now I am taxed extreme amount and hardly bring home anything in the check. Every Monday fallowing payday was the busiest days as everyone and there mother is calling in to get there paycheck corrected as Marlyn Pegros Obviously unable to do her job. Now I no longer work for the company as the management feels they can talk to their employees any type of way, which after a few weeks of this you just feel degraded and incompetent. Now I was expecting my last paycheck to be sent to the stratosphere which is owned by golden entertainment like everyone else s final paychecks are sent. I go to pick it up and they advise me they do not have a check for you call payroll, that is Marlyn Pegros, I speak with her and now they are just unable to cut a check until 12/1. What kind of sense does this make? This company is very shady if you are a female that is built well, you will work just fine within this company, anyone else I wouldn t suggest it, Also if you do decide to work here make sure your paychecks are correct as it is pure hell trying to get YOUR hard earned money from these people.

Terribly communication. Called and was told one thing, drove across town with prepared documents and info, to only be told everything was incorrect. Rude women.

Bought Arizona Charlie's no more buffet comps on weekends only m-t employee s don't seem there perky selves anymore no hot water in women's bathrooms..
