Okay this was by far one of the best deals and service experiences I have had in a long time. I saw an add online, went and took a look at a dry sauna, next day they delivered it and set it up. I had one small issue and they are on it 100%. I live close to the dealer so this makes it easy. These guys are AWESOME!!!
Purchased the Lugano infrared sauna from them thru Costco. The customer service from Golden Design is exceptional. The sauna is wonderful and just as advertised. Any reviews that I have read with complaints are simply from individuals that haven't read the instructional material. This sauna took less than 1/2 hour to put together....but I read the instructions online before delivery and also had the electric taken care of ahead of time as well.
I purchased a small 1-2 person sauna from them, it was a fantastic experience! The sauna is small enough (6 feet tall by 4 feet wide) to fit in my living room and it works great. You can play music through bluetooth, change the sauna light color and it even comes with a towel rack. This was possibly the best money that I've ever spent! Thanks Golden Designs!
I got the 1-2person Sauna early. The packaging very good. It took work to move in house. Was fun to assemble.Is working good, and will work for along time is well made.
Our sauna was delivered last week, and the glass door had shattered during transport. I emailed and within a day, a replacement door was shipped. A+ for customer service and to Karla T. with her quick response.
I spent 3 months and paid over 1000 dollars to have this assembled. I spent 4600 dollars to purchase this and thought I was buying a luxury sauna. Very cheap, falls apart, does not come with what is needed. After paying all the money to finally get it together and taking 3 months to do so it worked once and broke. I called and left messages and got no answer and put review on wayfair and got no response. Finally wayfair got them on the phone for me and they basically said its not their problem and to contact the heating company. They provided zero concern for the issues and offered zero help other than phone numbers. The heating company said that I could not speak with anyone but had to send an email or contact the people who made the sauna. Ive spent 5500 dollars for a sauna that partially worked once. Because although it turned on the sauna itself never got above 90 degrees. I even added extra instillation on top and sides and base hoping to help. Beware buyer.
