As a brand new training organisation, we couldn't be happier with Axcelerate. The initial on boarding was tailored specifically to our needs and Charissa was incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive which helped enormously with the original set up. We are very happy customers.

When we first signed up to aXcelerate we could not have been happier but over the past 12 months, we have had nothing but issues and attitude from the support team. We have just found out that we have had a functionality of the system that we use to generate enquiries removed. We were not even informed about this, there is no regard for the clients. When we signed up we were informed that support was part of fees but not anymore. It seems that this is another example of a business that has grown significantly very quickly and does not care about its client needs. To charge $270 per hour for support is just wrong and it is so disappointing to see this happen to this business.
I appreciate that aXcelerate has responded to this review however, the review is not accurate. Our website developer wanted to ask a simple question, they did not request aXcelerate to do anything with our system.
aXcelerate confirm they had minimal knowledge of the API but they still wanted $270 per hour. Since my complaint to aXcelerate I have not received any support or had anyone address our issues. Instead I received an email saying how disappointed aXcelerate was with my Google Review. Our website developers had to work out the issues without no support from aXcelerate. It is very disappointing that aXcelerate can find the time to respond to a negative review but not care enough to actually offer support and a solution to our issue.
Awesome help desk team. Nothing is ever a trouble and they can always talk me through any issues I am having. Big shout out to Wes and Bernard!
