I complained to several higher-ups within this company about their office people at their sister plant in Bensenville Illinois playing the race thing with their customers and I have not heard nothing back reply wise about this B.S. situation in months (unbelievable)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am disappointed with this manufacturer. I bought a gold medal cotton candy machine and it doesn t taste good. I tested the machine and it tasted like kettle corn/popcorn and they said I need to contact the retailer even though the machine isn t performing up to standard. The retailer told me to contact the manufacturer. No one from either company is taking responsibility or assisting. It is disappointing that they can t stand behind their product and can t assist. I have escalated at both companies for assistance and will update but I don t recommend a company that can t assist their client or stand behind their product and this company is clearly showing that. I would not recommend. Faulty machine and they won t assist.
