We have used Stevens Worldwide Van Lines for both of our out-of-state moves - both times they were EXCEPTIONAL. The sales representatives were professional, communicative, and offered a lot of great insight. The movers themselves were efficient and friendly. While I hope we don't have to move again, I know I will be using Stevens if we do!! I give them my highest recommendation.
Staff were all professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. The move was flawless. They were on time and the price was just what was quoted, no extra or added on charges. Every thing arrive undamaged. I would highly recommend them.
We could not have asked for a more perfect moving experience! Robin was extremely informative and proactive with her communication. Alex and Austin took better care of our belongings than we would have. Everything arrived on-time, nothing missing, and nothing broken! Very professional, attentive to our questions from the beginning of the estimate to the information of the schedule regarding the loading of the furnishings - this could have been a very stressful out of state move but this company removed the nervousness and anxiety of the entire process - the actual movers that loaded and unloaded were very friendly, on time, and worked from the moment the van pulled in to the last setting up our bed, and even assisting above and beyond! Everything was properly wrapped and due caution in supplying runners and being aware of our home flooring, lots of TLC! Not cheap pricing but we certainly felt it was worth the peace of mind. We felt our life belongings were in good hands! Everything arrived complete and unharmed! Excellent and Bravo!

The Stevens Team did a FANTASTIC job with our out-of-state move. The move coordinator, movers, driver were so pleasant to work with. A major move can be such a stressful situation; but, Stevens made it easy for us and we will be forever be grateful for the excellent service they provided. We used Stevens Worldwide Van Lines for our move from GA to TN. The entire experience was handled professionally with the estimator, through the load and delivery. The team was courteous and tried to take good care of all items. Out of a full semi, we had small dings on 3 pieces that will easily be repaired. Not one item out of boxes has broken and is saying a lot. We would definitely recommend, and especially our driver Toby and his team.
Pretty decent experience, but waiting to hear on our damage claim. Overall, good price. Good communication. Workers seemed careful and friendly. We had a big move about 10 hours away. Out of that move, damage to one tv and our elliptical is now clinking. Filed a claim takes 30 days to resolve so still waiting on that. Otherwise good experience.
