I was called by this company two weeks ago came in to a timeshare seminar was very disappointed this company is a scam to the highest level there's no free gifts at all you have to pay for your vacation plus Hotel so nothing's free they get you in there make you these promises but dont deliver nothing I would stay away from this place its cheaper to use Airbnb do do it
These people just will not take no for an answer. Walked out of the restaurant and was pounced on by a salesman like raw meat. Fifteen minutes later I say no and we walk away. A block down the street there is another one, we are picked out of the 3 families on the sidewalk. We tell this guy that we already told his colleague no but he proceeds to run his face anyway. Man alive! I already said no, I want to go home, and I don't want to buy your damn timeshare! We have been to VA Beach a couple of times in the past and have never experienced this. This along with other changes we see in the area making us not certain we will ever come back.
I have worked for Gold Key PHR for over 8 years now and it has been a great experience. In my time with them I have been able to grow my career while working alongside colleagues that have become friends. I find each day to be a challenge but in a positive way that keeps me excited and engaged! It is always hard to find work life balance in the hospitality industry but Gold Key PHR supports their associates to find that balance.
Excellent Company that offers a phenomenal product and puts people first. Nothing but great things to say!
We are timeshare owners it is way more affordable than I thought. There staff is wonderful catering to any need we have. First time in Virginia Beach we were at a awful hotel the gold key staff got us moved to a different hotel and the rest of our trip and every trip after has been wonder for our family of 4 :)
Awful place to work....coworkers were rude to one another and dishonest with time share owners. Anyone who rated this with 5 stars did not get their maintenance bill yet!!!! Their predatory sales tactics will catch up to them soon enough.
Stay as far away from Gold Key as possible. They are run by three brainwashed people who have been there forever and are clueless.
WARNING...Please read review first. Gold Key Resort is a billion dollar industry, and they offer timeshares. I have been stuck in a timeshare with them over several years. Go for the free drinks and gift, but no matter how great the deal sound do not take the bait. Never seen the unit, and now I'm trying to make a purchase they have a foreclosure on my credit. They never let us view the property, and we never got to vacation there. Paying maintenance fees and monthly fees. It's a SCAM, but legal in there eyes.
Gold Key is a great company that sets the bar high for quality projects in Virginia Beach!
