When my husband called Goettl in the morning and explained about our AC, they scheduled a tech for that afternoon. They contacted me about a half hour before to advise me tech was on his way. They also text me the tech's photo and bio. I was extremely impressed with this. The company goes out of it's way to assure your safety and satisfaction. Jeremy was very friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. I would definitely use Goettl again and recommend them! Thanks for your wonderful service!

I had a major leak in the main water line from the front to the house. I contacted Goettl because I knew they have been around for decades. Everything was taken care of from the permits to the final cleanup. I am really happy I chose Goettl. Their technicians, Tony, Israel, Jose and Chris and their supervisor Brian were amazing. They explained everything that they were going to do and did it. I spoke with Will and Brook in the main office and they made sure that I was contacted every step of the way. I highly recommend Goettl and will contact them again if I have any plumbing issues
Our experience was almost shocking! From my 1st call in for a repair service to our repair person Curt, who was wonderful and so professional. Curt was able to explain everything to us and show us what was happening. Even the phone calls for confirmation on the order to repair was so professional. It s been such along time since I have seen or heard of the service I have received. What a wonderful feeling to know there is a company that does care about great customer service. Thank You Goettl! Reaching out to you 3 was amazing and you quickly resolved all issues and fixed it with a simple thermostat replacement. You are amazing and thank you!

We asked Goettl to come out and take a look at our system. We were advised to get a duct clean and seal service to help improve the efficiency of our AC unit.

I absolutely do not want to leave a bad review but this company has completely ignored our requests for months. Initially we were elated at this "caring" company and now know it is all a sham. We had called them out a couple of years ago for maintenance on our AC unit. They also signed us up for a monthly service where they come out and check things out in the home (basically try to sell you expensive parts for repairs). After the 1st time they came to "fix" something our AC suddenly had a bent fan and had to call them out again. They fixed and the AC ran ok the rest of the season. Then they came out for routine checking on the heating system...try to sell us a whole new unit. 1st time we used the heat surprise it didn't work. We called the power company and they were out within hours and their tech said a door on the heating unit was not put on and that is why it wasn't working. Still giving Goettl the benefit of the doubt, we continued to use them. This summer our AC once again went out and we called them. A technician came out and said we needed to buy a new unit for 10k and there was NOTHING they could do to fix it. Not having a spare 10k during a pandemic, we decided to go out and purchase several portable AC units to get us through RECORD BREAKING HEAT since it was unfixable. We fully understand that we should have gotten a 2nd opinion at this point but did not. After a little over a month a friend offered his guy that came out immediately, changed a capacitor (that was replaced last season) and told us the FAN was actually put on upside down and that is why it broke so quickly...remember the "broken" fan they came out to fix...yeah they put it in wrong causing damage. Needless to say that we will no longer be using them as too many issues with "mishaps" from them. OH YEAH...WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL OUR MEMBERSHIP FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW AND HAVE BEEN TOLD IT WOULD BE CANCELED AND REIMBURSED...ANOTHER PAYMENT IS DUE TO COME OUT MONDAY. PLEASE STOP TAKING OUR MONEY MONTHLY !!!! The worse part is that we actually recommended them to others
