When my husband called Goettl in the morning and explained about our AC, they scheduled a tech for that afternoon. They contacted me about a half hour before to advise me tech was on his way. They also text me the tech's photo and bio. I was extremely impressed with this. The company goes out of it's way to assure your safety and satisfaction.
