great place with beautiful decor. a few booths so reservations are important. they have a different menu on sundays, which caught us offguard, felt they should have said so before we sat down. great service and good options at the bar. menu is tue to SA with culture inspired dishes. a must in my opinion.

This is a great downtown venue. From the serious-looking bouncer at the door, I presume it can get crowded. I quite like the atmosphere and the staff were quite friendly.
Unfortunately, a small poster in the toilets informed me that all the drinks we ordered from the main bar were on a 2 for 1 special at the outside bar because it was 30 minutes into happy hour. Considering the place was virtually empty when we showed up, it would have been a very stylish move if the bartender informed us of that fact, and it would also have gotten the Village Idiot a five star review.

This terrace has a truly great vibe. Vegan board R85 is amazing. It s a good value for the price.
Amazing place, mind your head on the way in! Lovely upstairs bar over looking the street.
The waiters are very friendly. Not much vegetarian options but a great place to chill with friends and have some drinks. Their milk tart shooters are amazing!

Nice atmosphere & drinks, but some of the food was disappointing.
There is no wait and the vibe is great. The food menu is not too varied but you can have any drink you would like just ask. If you do have a slight wait you normally get a free drink/shot or shooter.
Visited on Sat night way too crowded but great music and vibe
The vibe was amazing. Really spacious. Pretty cool place.
