Too bad you can't give 0 stars. SHAME on how bad the quality of the boilers is. For the sixth season, I'm "warming up" on Termomont's Toby and I don't know if I'll survive this mentally because there is no part on the boiler that I haven't changed already (heater and 2 in the season), and it all costs a lot. I've been on "you" for a long time with the serviceman, and the man will start coming to me for glory. The first season, the door fell off, the heater and the snail died, and then one by one. It's half past two in the morning, I can't turn on the boiler, something died AGAIN, tomorrow is my child's birthday, our guests are coming, and Sunday. I hope that at least some of the future owners of pellet boilers will read this and that they will bypass Toby in a wide arc!

I bought their solid fuel central heating stove. We used only wood. We gave the 30-year-old Radiator stove as a gift to friends and they still use it today.
Our "new" stove leaked after 6 years, water on all sides, holes on the sheet metal, smoke on all sides. Now we are throwing it out at the worst time. In addition to low-quality material, it is extremely complicated to clean. I do not recommend it.
