Very disappointing customer service and follow-up. Dropped in early September to replace trunk plate on my lease car. Then they went to speak to the lease company and contact me if it was possible. Stopped by in early October. Outside of a phone call to say they were working on it, heard nothing more. Dropped back at the beginning of DECEMBER and asked them to contact me (because three months is too long anyway). Heard nothing more.
My next car will not be a Mercedes, and it will most definitely NOT be from this garage.
Extremely expensive and anything but customer friendly.
A cost estimate will be charged at 80 and we will be told that the repair will cost about 700 but may still go up to 1500 ... We then have the repair done (and without cost estimate) in another garage and 380 paid.

This is a garage ideal for picking up your new car .. If there is a question afterwards or you have a problem, then you have come to the wrong address .. Apart from some half-hearted information that you get in between a sales conversation with customers ( because they just leave you standing) you are almost literally looked outside ... Also a limited knowledge of the different features that the cars have to offer.
The customer service sent me from the cupboard to the wall, had little knowledge and was not friendly at all.

Not recommended! Went to it because the local Mercedes garage has a bad image. But here too they apparently do not need customers.
I have a major maintenance and new brakes for 1,200 (expensive but Mercedes). More than a month later the wiper water pump was broken (can be bad luck), and a wheel bolt in the front was missing ...
The wiper water pump happened during vacation and was replaced by a Mercedes dealer in Germany ( 170, considerably cheaper). But very last minute appointment there so they have not seen the missing wheel bolt (and they have not touched the wheels at all). I only noticed it now.
So I asked for a new one at GMS and didn't want to drive extra for it (40 min a road). After much discussion, I was promised that the bolt will be sent. A month later I had received nothing and called: "Yes we will send it, it will be fine!" I heard nothing a week later. Again called and the same employee stated: "Sending is not possible, and we do not believe that it is our fault with a bolt that was certainly stolen." While they have my number, I didn't think it was necessary to keep calling. We are talking about a wheel bolt of 4.50 !!!
So in terms of service absolutely not recommended !!!
Car entered 3 times (2 x maintenance and 1 recall). 2 out of 3 times it did not go as agreed and my car was not ready when I needed it. Very friendly people, but unsatisfied because of the unpleasant consequences for my agenda.

They are good for maintenance. For the rest, it is better to go elsewhere. You go with a problem to settle and you go home with the same concern. They meet at 12:15 p.m., because they must receive you at 1 p.m.
Very good service, too bad that you have mounted the adapter in my car, it was free anyway and now I have to return again, and have asked to look under my seat, there is a pin card and it was a oblivion, but otherwise tip top.

Experience a number of times that things are not being carried out. Eg recall for fuel pump, appointment made month in advance, but documents were not provided. New appointment needed = loss of time for me.
Arnaud from GMS Leuven has been amazing! He helped me configure my new car. He has been very patient in explaining all the features, and also helping me choose the best configuration. He provided me with a number of different quotes. He has been super responsive and always open for meetings and discussion. Overall, an EXCELLENT service from Arnaud!!
Customer satisfied customer at Mercedes GMS Leuven for years. Perfect Service mainly linked to a strong customer-friendliness. The latter starts at reception, continues with the execution of repairs / maintenance work on the car and ends with follow-up. Highly recommended in terms of "good quality service across the board.
Outrageously expensive. Car picked up after maintenance of 1400 euros and was really defective. Additional cutlery: 3400 euros. The car is now being refurbished elsewhere for half that price, invoice and cutlery available for inspection.

He is so kind, helping a lot, answering all my questions by explaining with all the details. Whenever I have a question, I contact him and he helps a lot! Comparing my experiences from other garages, there is a huge difference with the quality of the service. I am very glad that I ordered my car from GMS Leuven with Arnaud.

Depending on the person you talk with, this can be a pleasant experince or a bad one. First time was really nice, patient young lad, he provided us with an offer even if wr were just researching. Second time was bad, the guy barely undrestands english and asks for a lot of papers just to start helping you. This is not ok for a premium brand, located in a city like Leuven were there are so many expants. Much much better experince at BMW or Jaguar dealers, too bad I really want that Mercedes car, otherwise they would have lost me as a customer
Very bad customer experience.. sales are not bothered about following up on delivery after taking orders.. 7 months crossed still waiting for a car delivery.. delays caused by incorrect order, no follow ups.. my first and last deal with gms and probably Benz as well
