Very disappointing customer service and follow-up....
Very disappointing customer service and follow-up. Dropped in early September to replace trunk plate on my lease car. Then they went to speak to the lease company and contact me if it was possible. Stopped by in early October. Outside of a phone call to say they were working on it, heard nothing more. Dropped back at the beginning of DECEMBER and asked them to contact me (because three months is too long anyway). Heard nothing more.
My next car will not be a Mercedes, and it will most definitely NOT be from this garage.
