When driver arrived at my address refused to walk up stairs, at the moment I was not home and explain to the driver that is just my sister which is pregnant in 8 months + a child which is1 year and a half old, but driver still refused. I'm very disappointed about the quality of the service and the lack professionalism of the employees, none of them at least said sorry.

My last orders were always a little "off" and since then I always pay extra attention to the boxes that arrive. I don't trust orders coming through GLS, my boxes are always opened! It is unacceptable.

GLS didn't even try to deliver the parcel, but returned it to the centre without going to the actual address. When confronted, they put the blame on Royal Mail for not providing a phone number. That's a straight-up lie, because I've personally written it down on the parcel. It's obvious they just don't care...

They were supposed to deliver a watch today. I waited with baited breath to receive a phone call; nothing. Checked the tracking page, it said they needed more information about my address, which you can easily find on Google Maps so I don't see what further information they could possibly require. Never got a single call.

My package arrived through GLS and was supposed to arrive between 1-3 business days. Of course it arrived on the last one.

What I found both funny and disrespectful was that I changed the address one day before the courier arrived with my package. When the courier arrived, he went to the old address. I told him by the phone that he should have gone to the new address and I asked him why he didn't. He then told me that the address he had to deliver at was the old address, DESPITE him knowing the new address without telling him about it (he referenced it). Then when I asked him how he could have possibly known about the new address, he was trying to backtrack by saying I told him about it, despite never mentioning it. Basically, he was lying and he probably tried to save some time by delivering it at the old address. He refused to deliver at the new address, despite the new address being within at most 1 mile of the old address anyway.

So every time you pieces of g will try to deliver me a package, I'll never pick it up by principle and instead order it from somewhere else so another delivery service picks it up. You're easily the worst delivery service I ever interacted with and deserve to go out of business for shady tactics and lying employees.

Not professional! I had 2 packages from UK last month, none of them arrived. GLS claims they contacted me and I didn't answer... Nothing further from the truth. These days it's easy to verify your phone or mail. I did't get refund (seller has GLS claiming I didn't care), so I ended up losing ~ 70 euros. Nice job, GLS! I won't be asking for your services soon!
