I am a veteran of the 101st. This business accepted a contract from the VA to assess my breathing problems. They disrespect their customers by requiring a no mask no service policy. This violates 38CFR17.32.b.1,2,&3. They Trespassed me and had me arrested when I insisted on the laws that govern my VA appointments be followed. Including that VA appointment be accessible to the covered Veteran. If you are doing business here then you have disrespected the freedoms I fought to ensure. Go somewhere else.

This was my 1st time to a neurology office so I was rather scared about the unknown and what to expect. I was sent under a referral. I see Dr. Patton, he was very nice, down to earth and listened. I do not have any complaints whatsoever and look forward to my migraines getting better with our plan in place. I would recommend this doctor and practice for those needing neurology care.

No one ever answers the damn phone! I swear they sit there and watch the MF ring! So aggravating!

I have been a patient at ANSM for well over 15 years, first as a patient of Dr. Potts and now as a patient of Dr. Emig s due to Dr. Potts retirement from the practice. Hands-down, this is the best medical practice, by far, in the Tuscaloosa/Northport (and beyond) area on all fronts: From the courtesy and responsiveness of the staff to appointment wait times, this place is a model of how medical practices should be run. Other practices would be wise to follow suit.

I've suffered from migraine headaches for years. I love my doctor's office and all the staff there as well.

Dr. Prestley is seriously the best doctor that I have ever seen. He takes the time to really understand you and what troubles you are having without ever rushing through. He goes the extra mile to find a diagnosis for his patients and is extremely intelligent, thorough, and compassionate . I have never experienced exceptional service the way I do at this office.

I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Catherine Ikard. But ever since she has been out on maternity leave i cannot get anyone to help me. I am now on Day 7 with a migraine. I have faxed them my pharmacy's address, my insurance card. I have called i have emailed. And when i finally found the correct fax number because the one they gave me kept sending back "error number disconnected" They told me the got my license but not my insurance card and i faxed both documents on the same page. They literally do not care. God forbid your doctor have to miss work. Dr. Ikard is a wonderful doctor, the best, however everyone else in her practice obviously doesn't care about her patients.

Dr Timothy Prestley and his CRNP Grant Whitehead are fantastic. So very caring, not just dry and curt. Wait times are always minimal, schedulers are great and go the extra mile. Very happy with everything at this practice.

It had great staff and doctors. The doctor put me on a medication that has kept me from having seizures. Very knowledgeable doctors and staff. Quick and friendly.
