If you dont know your "ball park price" they will take advantage of you. Lmao. I fill a box of wire up every few months same box. I usually get somewhere from 50- 60 bucks. Lol, they gave me 10 bucks. First and last time here

They came to pick up the car and there was a miscommunication on where the title was so they didn't take it. I called and apologized and confirmed where the title was and they came back and got the car no question, money in hand and did there business and took the car. Highly recommended this place, they give top dollar for your pos you want junked..

RIP OFF alert!! If you have never been to this place, 1st-DON'T, 2nd. There is no clear way to know where to go and what to do. I had to ask 3 different people walking around to find out where i was supposed to be, or even park. They quote 1 price over the phone and then payed WAY WAY less. I said over the phone I had circuit boards and they said .13 per lb, they gave me 6.5c for and said its a different kind. (what? I never said what it was out of) and @ 300 lbs of cooper transformers and they gave .16 cents lb. when over the phone it was much more. Not worth it!

This was easy. Texted them back and forth a few times. A couple calls lining up pick up and money in hand. Definitely use them again. Nice people.

I had a great experience with this company. The date they gave me for pick was smooth and easy. The tow truck guy called an hour in advance to confirm, he came on time, verified my information, handed me the check, gathered car and drove off. I deposit my check same day and funds were available the next day. Everything went as planned. I am happy with service I received.

It was super easy to schedule a good time for them to pick up my car and they gave very fair money for the car they picked up. I was a few minutes late to meet the tow truck driver and he was very patient and friendly. He even helped me get my license plate off my car since I had forgotten a scredriver. Will definitely call them again next time I need a car recycled.

They like ripping you off so you have to do your research before hand..

Wow is all I can say!! Could of not went smoother called them talked to a couple people took a picture of my title sent it to them and within a hour they came and got my car out of my garage and gave me cash. Very happy customer!

It could be a better review but the ground is always full of screws,nails and Sharp metal i got a flat on my trailer last week they didnt care the only good point was they lifted my trailer with the hi lo so i could change the tire quicker and get out of their way, thinking about going back to 8 mile

Not the best for sure. They don't pay for stainless unless it's non magnetic so basically they give you stainless price for high quality stainless that you should get more money for and low grade steel price for regular stainless. It's stupid. They said basically only 300 series steel which is very expensive. I need to find a place to scrap inconel but glr would only give stainless price for it when it's supposed to go for over $10 a pound. Basically they only buy high grade steel for low grade steel price.

Very prompt, courteous and professional! They were quick to get me a quote and follow up. They called ahead to make sure our scheduled time was still convenient and checked in afterwards to make sure the transaction went well. They covered the title transfer and towing as well. I highly recommend them if you have an old car that you need to dispose of.

Tow truck was 3 hours late to pick up my vehicle. Didn't pay much for my vehicle, but it is just a junkyard after all.

Been here a couple times, more than 5 I would say. Originally I was happy that I was getting paid correctly and got what was owed, but recently the past 3 times I went I was ripped off BAD. I asked the operator specifically what I was going to get and he agreed, when I got the ticket and complained, they told me that the material was already gone and there was no way to check. Blatant disrespect. I bring in clean non ferrous and They charge me for dirty material. You will lose money here

I come here to deliver a certain material every week. The yard guys are always helpful and the two best employees they have are Dave who runs thier wire machine. Great guy has been helping me out for years now. Also the yard manager Armando, great person to deal with, always very friendly and helpful.

Recycling is great however this place is very discombobulated trying to get in and park safely and watch out for nails and screws on the ground! Ouch for your tires! Fabulous staff however.
