Super easy. Everyone was great to work with from the time I called to the actual pick up of my vehicle. Brian, the pickup driver was timely, very polite and called me before pickup to give me an arrival time. Transaction was simple and satisfied with the amount of money I received for my old car. Would highly recommend to anyone who asked, and would definitely use them again to recycle my next vehicle.
