They put out an urgent job posting for an access control technician. I applied with my background and immediately got a call the next day, I was unable to talk on the phone and asked the person on the phone due to policy if they could call me back in 30 minutes. Never got a call, called them over the next few days kept getting directed to an HR department that apparently doesn't exist or nobody works. The one person who did answer didn't even have my application and told me to reapply which I did left my number and my name. They never called back.. Position has since then been filled. I've always liked Glock and supported them as a company and would have loved to have joined their team but that was a pretty sad experience that they couldn't even give a guy 30 minutes to get on break to take a phone call to even have an opportunity to talk or come down and see of it was even a good fit.

I will start this review saying that I am a Sig guy and have the tattoo to prove it. (Sig got me into guns when I bought a P226). I bought a 43X to be customized, and my armorer broke the front sight post. I called Glock and they told me to send it in. I got a call a few days later saying a new one is on the way. Glock is a huge company and I was surprised I got a call telling me the sight was coming. I never had to deal with any other weapons company but Glock seems to have the standard for others to follow. Thank you everyone who works at glock!

GLOCK:
Is it dependable? Bet your life in it.
Is it practical? 100%. Less moving parts than most any modern gun in the world !
Is it accurate? The polygonal barrel makes it a beast for accuracy !
Is it pretty? Next question.

Adam used it to defeat the dinosaurs and declare human supremacy on planet earth. David used his own Glock 19 to defeat Goliath. Eve ruined a perfectly decent Glock by stippling it and adding an RMR. To this day women can t shoot as well as men as punishment for defiling our fathers heavenly Austrian creation. If you listen really close in a seashell you can just make out the pew.. pew... pew of a Glock singing out ol glory on a bright Georgia day!

For a Glock facility in Georgia, you sure weren t helpful to a Georgia Glock owner. I understand if you don t provide the service I was asking about, but you guys seemed quite disinterested in the fact that a local Glock owner was calling for some information about a common Glock modification. I ve heard countless stories about Glock customer service and all its wonders. I failed to see that today.

I bought a new G19 Gen5 MOS that got scratched/gouged on the MOS plate from the Gun Shop when they shoved the RMR Kit upside down in the box. I went back to the shop and tried to explain what had happened and ended up just calling Glock instead to try and get it replaced. I talked to Kevin Maddox on the phone and he sent me some instructions and a warranty form to fill out. I ended up getting the part the very next day. I still have the same first Glock G23 I bought in 1996.

I bought a new Glock G19 MOS and fired 400 rounds of top quality factory ammo. The barrel coating wear is worse than any 9mm gun I own. Also, the recoil spring jumps out of its nest after the first round. I emailed Glock support with no answer. I called them and they said barrel wear down to the metal is normal and the spring dislocation is no issue?? Why other competitive guns with better value don't have the same issues? See pictures attached.
Otherwise the gun is reliable and no malfunctions whatsoever. It fits really nice in the hand. I can pick up the plastic sights with no trouble but I don't like the trigger.

I've seen issues or malfunctions after modifications are made. Stock form works flawlessly. Learned my lesson and will only change trigger and sights and spend Gucci money on ammo and/or training. Wish Gen5 is available in Commiefornia for southpaws. Recently realized Glock also made fixed knives. For the money, it's no brainer not to pick one up. Looks solid. Polymer handle is bit slippery (too smooth). Maybe I need stipple job lol.

Glock spends more money on attorneys than they do innovation.

I had a faulty finish on my 19x and they replaced it no questions asked in under a month. Outstanding customer service and turn around. Glock=Perfection.
