Great place to learn. If you selected, you will undergo training for 15 to 20 days(depends on the domain). If you successfully completed training, you will become permanent employee with 1 of service agreement. Salary is little bit low. Otherwise, good place to work and you can learn many things.

I have joined globusoft few weeks back...and it's such a nice place to work. Selection process in here is very good, I got a chance to work in live project throughout the training programme.

I was selected for final round interview and even I had given interview. but after final round its been 11 day even I don't know whether the HR will call me or not.
but HR team should have called or emailed with Feedback, why am I not selected in final round.
At least, HR can give us Feedback.

NO SOFTWARE IS delivared until now al are copy of some other software only they hire in banglore and mandatry they send to bilai. it is a remote place where threat to employe hapens. bd do everything becas he wants incecntive when job is complete. so he threaten. asking eta is every1s job. they dont guide u anything only shout. one day office boy was asking ETA of my project. because ceo was sleeping. for asking ETA u dont need to know teknolagy right? u only need to no litle english thats all. here every1 get same salary 10k. ios developer same, android same, java same testing same office boy also 10k, hr also 10k only. no legal revenue happening. NO PF GIVING they cal start up start up they have 200 employi and started 7 years and stil cal start up to make trend now days. FAKE..

Good company, but they were interested in hiring for bhilai location.

This is the worst company for developers, I have worked here and they have not paid me properly, asked me to work more than 10 hours. They have released me on the demand that I have to give 5 star rating to the company. They use their own management team which gives rateings to the company, creates fake raters I'd which rates globusssoft.

Best company for for java developer and for testing also.

I got a chance to work with them over a software product development. Faced few hick ups at initial stage but the business development team was quick enough to identify the issues and got them solved really fast. Got my first job here as a digital marketing associate. The training period was bit hard but eventually it helped to make me learn new things and develop new skills. Seniors are more like a friend and ready to help anytime. 6 days working is bit hectic though..

The interviewer was so rude ...he asked tough questions which is not important when it comes to practice..eventhough I managed to give my best ..he insulted me by laughing through the entire interview process ...I didn't expect this from globus soft ..I thought its the best when i saw reviews..but I don't want to blame the entire company for this ...if the candidate doesn't know any particular thing u can simply skip or say u should learn .instead u should not laugh or insult during interview ..which will also spoil the entire company reputation...its not my mistake actually I said I am a beginner and u should ask something which is beginner and basic level questions instead why u people are calling and insulting..??? That person didn't ask anything about which I worked for and my professional knowledge .he asked indepth questions which he should ask a web developer and not a marketer ......first learn some manners man (who interviewed me)then u can interview people ...its not my mistake of being a learner and fresher ...pls allocate someone who is fit for interviewing people and not someone only because they are experienced...
