The worst HR i have ever seen, bloody she doesn't have basic common sense n doesn't know how to treat people, she thinks that as if she is the only boss ..worst attitude in HR..

During my 5 years of journey with Globussoft, I ve seen that the company provides a dynamic working environment for employees along with various opportunities to learn, explore, and grow. My pay scale is quite satisfactory with all the associated amenities. It s a proud employee.

Working with Globussoft Technologies was a good experience. I had joined this company in 2015 and worked here almost 2 years and it was a nice experience that i worked on many projects and i got chance to interact with clients directly. Apart from this overall management is good and helpful if you have any query in your mind.

First they give 5 programs from that you have to solve 3 questions. If u clear the round they call you for HR. Coding questques were diffidiff but if you understand the logic youc can easily clear the round..

Hi all myself Rajesh Kumar...I attended interview in globalsoft unfortunately I rejected last round but it is quite fine they provide every facility to the candidate and mainly the behaviour of HR is so beautiful..she talks very politely n give feedback.

Working with Globussoft exceeded our expectations. We were given a great platform to communicate with them, and our project manager always made himself available through skype. In a nutshell, these professionals did an amazing job integrating desired features in our app. Very impressive!!

Interview process is very well and such a nice place working environment.

AVOID the Globussoft company. I invested over $4000 to clone a website and very months different people passed the work. The start of the project was good but not sure what happened after about few month and passing to different people they completely stopped communicating and I lost over $4000. The people I worked with were Kamal, Sumit Ghosh, Dheeraj Kumar, M Gupta, Shalabh Kumar. These are bunch of untruthful rubbers who has no dignity and all they think is to see how they can get people trapped. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! :( All their reviews on Google is FAKE! SHAME ON YOU!

For fresher is a good company to learn & gain knowledge.

I have been working for last 14 days till now i came to know that company is very rich in tech platform and i am very glad to have in such company as i am very much interested to attach in such companies and one more thing i want to add that interview process was very genuine where the manager saw the inbuilt tallent within the candidates without wasting time on foolish iq test.

Almost 3 months passed pressing the thumb print every morning, previous worked with similar company, but this firm is on another level , excellent work process followed , ultimate designing & development team. Clients/prospect must focus on their requirements instead of getting things completed.

Globussoft is a true expert in field of digital marketing. They are highly motivate to share knowledge and provide meaningful consultation. The business development team members are promt and attentive towards project management. During the course of my project, they did an awesome job. I will continue to use Globussoft as my first choice for a digital marketing company.

I have been working here for 15days the environment and work culture are good over here. And above all you can get to learn many things from here.

You should have good problems solving skills in any of the programming language.

Got opportunity to interact with international clients directly and developed real camaraderie. Efficient teams with almost no internal politics.

We chose Globussoft for our marketing our sites on social media and the results are worth dropping a note. The company has great team players, who are extremely hard-working, and understanding enough to consider the seriousness of work. Hey, everyone I am sharing my personal experience with Globussoft technologies bangalore location.
There is 3 Rounds in interview process
1. general MCQ.
2.Machine test(basis of core concept-no matter which language you know java is preferred language)
3. HR round(technical+ HR)

I passed all round there, it was a great experience I really enjoyed the interview all person are supportive specially hr person is so good.
she is always ready to help and short out your little to little problem and confusion regarding company.

I am working here since one month and I observed there all seniors have friendly nature and they always support me.

I recommend to all you guys who want to build there career and specially if they are fresher, please come and join GLOBUSSOFT(BHILAI/BANGALORE).

Worst experience.
They don't allow me to take test just because they have Internet issue.

I worked at globus soft full-time...No pros, only cons abt this company.. This is juts hiring and getting ur money as security deposit.. Above all good reviews were forced to post by management..
* no single project
* management need ur deposit money alone
* no salary for many months (u have to beg for ur salary)
* salary they mention in offers letter is 2.4 to 3.0 k, but u wont get single ruppe, afer 3 months u will 8k, tat too only one month ull get, rest u need to beg for salary

Recently i used the services of Globussoft to help drive real traffic to my website. I had a horrible time trying to explain my needs to the BD working there, i had to communicate with them every hour, but they would end doing something else..no updates were given to me and also NO proper communication, i had a horrible time trying to explain the process and they charged me end excess by the end of the project, it is really absurd, if they want to take money with fake promise, i don`t think it is the right way of doing business.

I trusted Globussoft and gave my project and it ended up with lot of bugs which i had to start it from the beginning again with other company.

Now i was going through the reviews and found so many flaws about this company,even i am also writing this,so that i would also voice out my concern, before many other people fall into this trap.

Neither the CEO nor the BD`s communicated with me correctly or properly, i am not sure if they are really aware of what they promising to the clients.If they cannot deliver the project, they shouldn`t accept and waste others money...for me TIME is MONEY...i have wasted both my time and money with this company.

Nothing is good.If you don't want to spoil your life. so please don't go there.I completed there 3 projects in 5 months.After 5 months suddenely called and without giving any reason simply says you can leave and no need come back again.Working days All 7 days.
