Music is too loud and often for the young people. Many of the patrons are older and may not.enjoy the choice of music. Something quiet would be more.in fitting with settinng and diner domographics. Just not.restful.

Went for dinner one evening. Generally an Italian style menu. Average food quality with average pricing. Good service. Ok for the occasional meal.

We had a catchup here today & a diverse selection was ordered. Have to say everyone enjoyed their meal. I had the warm beetroot salad and it was really nice. Some had a selection from all day beakfast, while others had a home made pie with salad. We also strangely had desert as well. All in al a very pleasant and tasty catch up
Poached eggs, quality bacon & sausages, tomato, hashbrown and mushrooms - all cooked perfectly. The Vitamin Booster Super Power Juice was delicious aswell.
Came here for breakfast on a Monday morning. Food was served fairly quickly and was tasty. Coffee is good and so are seating arrangements.

I had a warm chicken salad, that was really great, tasty and very good size. My Husband had the Moroccan chicken burger and loved it as well. We highly recommend this place!

Napkins... why it's made as at cheap fastfood places? Its location and holder. Replace it. It's not a Hungry Jack. You're not a cheap place btw. And the price range is not a problem IF you provide service and food accordingly:
1. Portions are small for that price range. Really, it's weird to get 1 marshmallow with coffee.
2. Service is slow and unprofessional. 30 mins waiting for coffee. After first 50 mins I recognised they forgot about my meal. Well, after reminding it took additional 30 mins to get forgotten meal.... The portion size was ridiculously small but tasty.
Well, I know heaps of places with delicious food and better service. However, hope you will improve it. I don't mind to pay more BUT I'd like to get accordingly.
i would give a 0 if i could. worst place to go to. food is beyond average, worst costumer service i ve ever had and me being in the costumer industry i would never treat my costumers like that ever. even the replies to some of these reviews disgusts me. they couldn t care less about they re costumers. save your selves the trip and go somewhere else

came in for lunch and ordered scones cream and jam sat down to then get told they don t have any and only sell them on week days not weekends and the only other options were pie and quiche which my friends ordered and they were very average items while i didn t order anything but water and stayed hungry and upset with my afternoon. the customer service was also very poor and the lady looked like she didn t want to be here and couldn t care less and she needs to be trained much better as she didn t even know her own menu (she looked early 20s so she would ve had experience) get some better service and more food, i don t think they should be open at all for lunch .

I and my family for all of us Globe Coffee House Patisserie & Restaurant is the only place that strick to our mind when we think about cakes. delicious cakes with different yummy flavours. Must Visit Once.
The Globe isn't as nice looking as some of the other cafes along the street but the quality of its coffee and it's food shines through to make this a worthy competitor.
On a Saturday morning you will be hard pushed to find a seat in here. The locals pour in to this informal location, and order crema coffees and tuck in to well crafted breakfasts. I ordered BBQ pulled pork on toast with egg and while at first it didn't look best, the flavours were superb. It really was excellent.
My coffee was top notch, and the cappuccinos were on point. My only drawback about this place is the service, I just feel for the price paid it could be a little better. It's not cheap here and I feel the service could reflect that but aside from that I can't fault it.

Meh, my favourite place wasn t open so I opted for here for the price the food it was awful. Eggs over cooked and not runny for poached and stingy piece of salmon wouldn t recommend at all even if I was desperate.

The food us OK, if unexciting and unchanging. But they never seem to get things quite right, e.g. bringing two plates out, and then a five minute gap before the other two came, putting parmesan on without asking, and on seafood, which is not correct.
My dad and I ended up at Globe for lunch last week. I was a bit hesitant as the menu is a bit eclectic ... we opted for the Eggs Benedict (they serve breakfast until 1pm) and I can say it was fantastic! We both loved it and although it looked quite small on the plate, it was definitely enough for lunch perfect portion. Just as aside, at the Angelo St Globe they have a quiche/pie and salad special for $9.90. This was VERY popular on the day we went. Next time I might give that a try ... if I can skip past the Eggs Benny! :)

I came in for a coffee on Sunday and purchased a coffee. When I went to sit at a table I then discovered that all the tables were reserved. They offered to give me a table that was hastily placed in the walkway. I simply left rather than suffer the embarrassment of being stuck in a "corridor". I think they could have told me there were no tables before they took my order and allowed me to pay. I left the coffee there so I don't know if it was any good. I can't recommend this coffee house as they seem like a bit of a grab bag kind of place.
Food was ok but service was not great when we were there. Staff were not very helpful and it seemed like it was a chore for them to serve customers. Probably wouldn't come back for a meal.
By far the best restaurant and dining experience. Every dish is thought out and takes you to another place. There is so much thought into the flavours, appearance and balance of each dish. The service is also exceptional. I'm never disappointed when having left this place.

Poor service. Half meals served late, fish overcooked and poor response from staff when thus highlighted.
First time here, we were happy to find a warm place to get out of the cold weather. Until we tried the coffee. Cappuccino was very bitter and tasted burnt, and the latte tasted just wrong, almost like it had chemical residue? Actually felt sick after. We told the lady working there but she didn't seem too bothered by it. I will not be returning just because of how bad the coffee was. The tre chocolate cake was also very tasteless, I ended up giving both cakes to my husband which he ate as doesn't like wasting food.
I am only giving the two stars because it was nice and warm inside, otherwise I had a very bad experience.

Great place for a meeting. Had a 2:00pm meeting here today. Lovely sitting in the sun but still inside. Almost everyone sits near the windows.
The Iced chocolate I had... well, a bit disappointed, didn't have cream on the top, and no ice cream in it. But... the atmosphere seemed okay, and if you can secure a front seat near the windows that would nice for you. The inner seats... someone gets a nice bench seat and the other seat is just a seat that leaves you feeling like you are in the way of others that are walking past.

I was a breakfast server for several years and have very high standards for service and food. I was worried going out for breakfast as my partner and I usually make an elaborate breakfast ourselves for an affordable price. I was surprised to find the coffee hot (which I never get) the food was excellent and the service fast and friendly. I also read the below review about someone being charged a lot more on Mother's Day. The majority of restaurants in Australia charge a lot more on public holidays. It's a standard in the industry. This should not have come as a surprise.

Didn't realize beef burger would have bacon as well as egg. Sent it back and had a new one made for me. If you eat kosher or halal, just mention when ordering. Was grateful for their service!

Thank you for a delicious meal. We were a party of 6 and we each thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The steaks were perfectly cooked. The Barramundi meal was pleasantly different and very tasty. The vegetable was a very big serve and delicious.
The staff were very friendly and efficient. We were not rushed to finish and had a fantabulous evening

Would be 5 stars, if it was justified to cost $22.50 ($2.50 for extra sauce) when they use store brought hollandaise (same sauce you get at Dome) and give you 2 thin slivers of smoked salmon.
Manager needs to look over this price.
