They don't follow up or respond to simple questions. They show no consideration for disrupting your work schedule. Rude. Especially David Palmer.

My poor Jeep was hit in a parking lot and left without a note from anyone. I was amazed at how easy it was to file a claim and have the vehicle fixed. The process was painless and they honored my request to get it fixed at Foster Motors. Their communication was quick and easy. They even setup a rental car while mine was in the shop. I did not have to lift a finger. Thank you Co-operative Insurance... you make me very happy!

I have to agree with Alison, this company was very unwilling to answer any questions when I called. I was looking for car insurance for my family and requested basic co-op information about how it worked and for references. They would not provide either and were quite rude on the phone. No idea why. Maybe it's more like a country club type of group?

I've been with Co-op for a few years and I recently had an accident. Within a few hours, they were able to help me, have my vehicle inspected and had a check to me in no time. Their follow-up is very quick. Amazing customer service.

The adjusters are always onsite promptly and payments are very fair and quickly issued. Keep up the great work !
