First off, I am not, nor have I ever been an employee of Global Telecom. I have no friends or relatives working for Global Telecom. I am President of K & K International Containers. I started doing business with Dror at Global Telecom almost 25 yeas ago, when he was in the basement of his home. Global Telecom has never promised any service or discount they did not stand behind. This is by far the best organization I have contracted with in all my years in business. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

DO NOT even thing about using this Global Telecom Brokers out of Owings Mills, MD. They are a bunch of crooks who spend more money on lawyers than they spend on technology or customer service personnel to take care of their clients. They tell you that their service is up 99.99% of the time (or something like this). However, it is more like 80-90% up. The rest of the time there is no service, or poor service. when you call, you get transfer from one department to another and you will be given the run around until you get tired, or so they hope. Just look up Maryland Judiciary Search and type in the company name and see how many of their clients they have sued. thousands.... Just like the other person wrote, they make their money by signing long term contracts and then suing their clients when they try to cancel the service.

EXCELLENT firm to deal with. prior companies, any time we had an issue or needed service, it was "how long do we have to wait", NOT with GTB, when you need support, they are attentive, timely and professional. Client for life!

We have been dealing with Global for telecom type services for awhile now. We also have accounts with Verizon and Comcast (unfortunately).
What a pleasure it is dealing with Global vs. with the others. They have been responsive and quick to fix any of the very few issues we ever had with the service. We definitely recommend Global.

We been their customer for over 10 years. Great personal customer service! When our old phone system gave out they installed our new one and sent someone to our business to train us . They are always available when you have questions... not like the larger phone companies! Always enjoy the personal attention we get from another local business.

partners. GTB is a true partner that will help you achieve your goals.

Horrible. From several failed attempts at successfully porting our lines to new carrier, to automatically renewing a 5 YEAR CONTRACT without first the courtesy of letting us know, to the severe penalty of a contract buy out of thousands of dollars, to emails they "never got", to the phones that magically stopped working after the warranty was up (no lighting up, no display, and horrible sound to the point my receptionist was putting everyone on speaker and yelling through the phones to hear) the list goes on. This was the worst company I've ever dealt with, hands down. Equipment in the trash and moved on to a more capable and interactive platform with much more capability. Beware!
