They are a bunch of crooks who spend more money on lawyers than they spend on technology or customer service personnel to take care of their clients. They tell you that their service is up 99.99% of the time (or something like this). However, it is more like 80-90% up. The rest of the time there is no service, or poor service. when you call, you get transfer from one department to another and you will be given the run around until you get tired, or so they hope. Just look up Maryland Judiciary Search and type in the company name and see how many of their clients they have sued. thousands.... Just like the other person wrote, they make their money by signing long term contracts and then suing their clients when they try to cancel the service.
