Don't buy the positive reviews from paid employees/shills. I called their HR number and was connected with DJ, the rudest person I have ever spoken with on the phone. He refused to help and instead joked around and insulted me like a playground bully. With someone like this running their HR department, who knows what other shady business practices are going on at Global Response.
If you are looking for a job check this place inbound calls seems to be good have to tske a test it's good for USA unlike other company the outsource work to other country than the USA so i give global a thumbs up i will be checking in to getting a job there will keep you posted
I love this place because I was treated with reapect. The employees in the recruiting building has great mannerisms. I highly recommend this place for customer service position.
The staff here are extremely professional. I was surprised to see how many people there were here. They do hire alot but I think alot of people leave for some reason. They make you take a couple of tests to begin with which are super easy if you can read and write english at a basic level. The staff does their best to communicate openly with you on what your tasks are. I would definitely recommend someone to come here to find work.
Awesome people and a great place to work, recommend highly if looking for a great job to be at, this is it.
My overview of this company is that it has the basic components to become a great experience to work for them. However, due to the lack of inexperienced concerning upper Management your job is what you make it. It similar to a self taught class, you get train quickly for two daily but technically one. You are introduced to the company, culture, and what expected of you with little training on day one. However on day two Management train you on the software and program. After that you are throw into the software where you input all screenshots into a chat where Directors who Appointed to the program explain if you did it properly or not if you making comments, orders or greeting. It can get confusing if you don t know what you re doing because some reactions to your screenshots as if they re correct. Why out dislike your screenshots when others mangers like your previous ones exactly similar to it. This is not a career this is a short term live job. I really didn t like that company but the job was very easy to do. But you got to do what you got to do.
I've worked a lot of call center over the years. Some of them are terrible. Global Response was not terrible. People there were very friendly and always willing to help.
Such professionalism cannot be found anywhere else. The people there are so nice and caring. They'll definitely accommodate your religious beliefs and work with your schedule.
