My left turbo on my Range Rover Sport blew and damaged my engine beyond repair. I contacted Global Engines and they offered to replace my engine and both turbos for a very competitive price. All work was done in a few days as promised and my car is back on the road and driving better than ever. Would recommend Global Engines without any hesitation. Great company to deal with.

Global Engines & Gearboxes done a brilliant job on my Discovery 4. great service and kept me up to date on the work throughout and was a quick turnaround would highly recommend.

I have spent 1400Pounds at the Global to put Reconditioned Engine to my BMW . After 1000 miles driving Engine just DIED. Unfortunately my car has brake down in Poland. So i have leave the car in Profesional Engine Garage for diagnosis. What i got??

The opinion about the car BMW P282 MLC.

As a result of the organoleptic inspection, the following incorrectness were found:
* The lack of compression in cylinders 1, 2 and 3
* The lack of oilcoused by the carbon , wich I led to the obstruction of the oil system witch resulted in the seizure of lifters.

The above mentioned results suggest that there wos any or a clumsy involvment in fixing of the car engine.

Global engine and gearbox ripoff

There is guy work there his name toni he is only a cleaner they said he is manger they are a lier really ripoff my case at the moment with trading standards if they don t do anything for me i will be after them forever to get my money back they mess up with wrong person! Cowboys

Paid for a reconditioned engine
12miles down the road coolant light came on, had to fill it up.

Drove it home and did an oil and filter change the oil should ve been clean and clear it was black and had original filter still in that s when we noticed the engine hadn t been touched the bolts weren t touched the engine was dirty all they did was replace the crank (probably not even a new one)
Within the 100miles of driving home the rear crank seal was leaking.

I have a Range Rover 3.0 2014 and the engine seized without any warning I phoned around a few place to no avail so I went on the google site and it directed me to Global Engines in Barking I spoke to the sales team and they gave me assurance that they could handle the job and they were true to there word my car runs like a dream better then when I bought it with the assurance of zero miles and a 6 months no quable warranty. Thank you Global Engine team.

I would like to say thank you to all at Global engines after my 2008 Range Rover decided it had had enough and wanted a new engine while driving along the A13 in east London after a quick search i found Global after a phone call my car was recovered and taken to there workshop i was told it would be between 7 to 10 days to fit a new engine 6 days later i got a call to say my car was ready when i got there and after a test drive the car was perfect it runs far better now than it ever has staff were friendly and very polite all in all i dont think i could of found a better place to work on my car Many Thanks

This company is one of the best companies to fix your cars. when my VOGUE broke down, i had told them what had happened and they had told me that they would get my car fixed in a few days. After a few days, i had come back to see what they had done and they had done an amazing job to my car and had no problems after that.

I GOT MY ENGINE REPLACED WITH THESE GUYS THINKING THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES CLOSE TO ME WHO CAN DO THE JOB, THEY FITTED THE ENGINE ORIGHT, BUT AFTER 2 WEEKS I GET ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHT, I GET A BAD BURNING OIL SMELL AND COOLANT LEVEL KEEPS DROPPING - I TOOK THE CAR BACK TO THESE GUYS BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE WORK THEY DID WAS A RUSHED JOB RATHER THAN MAKING SURE THEY CHECKED EVERY INSTALLATION WAS TESTED - THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. NOW AFTER COUNTLESS PROBLEMS WITH MY ENGINE I DECIDED TO TAKE CARE TO MY LOCAL GARAGE WHO HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB IN FIXING THE ISSUES THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE EXISTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

Ok so I can honestly say that is all lies. I contacted them and asked how long turnaround for a replacement engine. "Within a week" was the reply. A week later I called to find out the progress (yes I called, not them!), only to be told "its being worked on now. Itll be end of next week as awaiting injectors to turn up". Ok so I can order recon injectors off ebay and have them delivered within 2 days, but anyway, end of the 2nd week I call again (yep, me again!), only to be told "its still being worked on, theres been some staff off sick". Ok, so I know for a fact an engine can be changed in a day, and here we are, 2 weeks at a 'professional' 'engine specialist'!! I get told itll be ready wednesday, and Ill be called on tuesday. Guess what? I called on wednesday, and the car hadnt even been looked at!! 3 weeks wasted. So i got the car recovered taken to Auto Engines just down the road in Rainham. No website but slightly cheaper and not full of crap!!
AVOID!

Had my BMW 5 series sorted by these guys.
They also keep to their word, regards their warranty - unlike other garages!
Couldn t recommend them more!

Global Engines and Gearboxes said they would fit a recon engine in my Bmw X6 between 7-10 days as they were a bit busy. I told them I needed it quickly as it is for work. I had it back in 7 days even though they were busy. Thanks Guys
