Great company to work for, flexible managers and great co-workers!
This company is horrible and completely unorganized, unprofessional and racist! Lots of wage theft takes place , agents are constantly robbed of their hours. They are racist, NORBERT, DK , MANICH is just to list a few of the people who are racist and only look out for those of their kind. Lots of favoritism takes place and i would not advice anyone to work for this company unless you re desperate and have no other option. Go work for Mcdonald s, at least you re guaranteed a correct pay check and you cannot be wrongfully fired!
This is a bad unprofessional company they hire you and they don t call you for the next steps you have to call them to see what s going on it s been two months now and I just keep calling them to get things done who s the manger me or you and they take your finger prints and stop picking up the phone for you UNPROFESSIONAL
I can honestly say Global Elite Group is the best company I have ever worked for. The CEO and upper management truly care about their employees. Nice security company. Flexible schedule, you can do part time job other companies also easily. Management, vice president, manager easily approachable and will listen your problem sympathetically.
Of all the companies I've ever worked for this is the most unorganized, unprofessional, of them all. And I say that whole heartedly. The leadership sucks! They obviously don't know how to proficiently do their jobs and of course that makes problems for the employees to do theirs. It's not a hiccup here or there. It's an everyday issue. Then they wonder why it's a revolving door and they can't keep employees or someone's calling HR on them. They don't know what they're doing.
Let's not forget there's no way for you to clock in so you have to save the emailed copy of your schedule and download a 3rd party app to keep track of your hours. If you don't they're gonna mess with your money. No direct deposit. They just started offering health insurance, but you don't accumulate enough hours to actually afford it. (I have it outside of the company so it doesn't apply to me)
I would never recommend anyone to work here, unless you really needed to get a check that bad or you smoke way too much weed to pass a drug test. There's better companies out there. This one is definitely not it.
Fun airport job until your checks get messed every other week. If you decide to take this job, keep track of your own hours as there's no other efficient way to do it. They already faced a lawsuit regarding wage theft. Sorry, no one works for free!
I don't know what to think of the HR Department. There's information an in coming employee should know up front. The process takes forever, because of Human Resource. The background company they use, had to call me directly, because information wasn't passed on to them to complete the background.
But, my advice. Stop being rude to in coming employees. It's not a good look. They taught me, to just use the chain of command, because already, I don't want to deal with them.
