Unfortunately, the tech support we received from this company was horrendous. We were literally told that we were not worth 15mns of any one of their engineers time simply for asking for information on 5 year old valves. Be aware once they feel you are not worth their help, they will treat you with disdain. This was our experience.
Toxic work environment where the lazy employees are rewarded and the hard working employees left out to dry; The on-the-job training is some of the worst I've ever seen, and they do nothing to address it. Don't count on any of your team leaders to show up as they are usually calling out at least once-twice a week. Save your time and avoid this company at all costs, believe me, there are better opportunities out there.
