I had worst experience in this company, i went for an interview at 9am morning i have attended only two rounds upto 4pm and i was waited for manager round for 3 hours after 4pm but actually they are giving first preference for tamil candidate's.....if tamil candidate is there HR can speak in tamil but if kannada candidate's they don't know kannada....politics
A place to grow but it is a slower one. Work load is too much whereas you have to maintain the official timings, no much of the nicest working conditions but we'll enough to develop a new career. It's for them who are focused in the career but in a single place. Office infrastructure is better than ever. Kept the name for Hinduja Global Solutions.
HGS candidates doesn't even know how to write a mail. I got mail from HGS person and next I was walkin to novel office , 2nd floor. First group round, tell about yourself and speak about Bangalore . Then he gave one reading paper and asked each person to read it. Afterwards he seprated voice and non voice. Again one written test for 1 hour for voice process.next, they sent us all one email for next interview in different location for different company . So like this they will play and cheat . If you get any call letter from HGS , don't believe and go .
Friendly environment but they are paying less and they will give more pressure to you so that you can meet their targets and all.they don't suppose to give you any leave even if you want to take half day leave for that also they will ask too many questions from you. Over and above this my experience was good I have learnt too many things from HGS. Love you HGS forever

Most 3rd class organization...1st they will post the recruitment as 15 to 18k , in the interview they will say you are fresher you don't know English very much ..then will say we can give you 10k ..in the last round one guy named as "rajendra" in the NH process he will directly say to you that I can give you 7500 ..rajendra is the maha chutiya & rude guy ...so don't waste your time in bpo jobs where you can't gain any experience try for other jobs
It was a Huge PRESSURE working with HGS. Employees are treated like slaves with 9-10 working hours. The managers are not so employee friendly unless or until their need is satisfied...
Most third class process of HGS,They don 't have any value for employee.
