I went to this location to ship out a package in March 2020. I wrote the address on the outside of the box and the return address with giant black sharpie, so there was no chance this box would be lost. The tiny 95 pound blonde girl with a streak of color in her hair who was maybe 18-20 years of age and who on the receipt says Clerk: Brediger took the package and entered the information, leaving out the street address of my customer. I failed to look at the receipt or the label she placed on the box. Needless to say the package was "lost in the mail" and got no further than the hub in Phoenix where it says it was processed. But the package was never found. I have zero doubt this very untrustworthy clerk named Brediger ripped me off. I called the sheriffs' office and went through the entire process and what happened and the deputy also agreed this clerk likely stole it. I have been in touch with Federal Investigators and have informed them of the circumstances that led up to the theft as well. If you have anything of value that you definitely want to reach its destination, avoid this location while this clerk is working there! If you let it slip what you're shipping to this clerk and it has any value, you may lose it. You're definitely risking outright robbed. SHAME ON THIS CLERK FOR CONDUCTING HERSELF IN THIS MANNER AND ESPECIALLY DURING A PANDEMIC!!! SHAME ON YOU MS. BREDIGER!!! YOU NEED TO GET FIRED!!!
I don t know who gave this guy 1 star, but, who cares! This guy is a legend in my mind. I don t know too many people that were personal friends from Bob Hope to Payne Stewart!
