First time in Jekyll island and worst experience with this Jekyll Island Seafood company. Food was sub per but the service was the worst. I understand because of Covid 19 it s pick up only but does not mean you have to stop serving. First of all missing one of my kids meal ( worst think you can do ) and than shut the door behind us. We were sitting out side and they could have follow up to see if everything was okay and I guess that was lot to ask. We had to bang on the door and after 20 min someone came out and we were able to get the meal. On top of it, they charge full price but did not give us what the menu said. I feel like they did not want to be there. If you don t want to serve please shut it down and I would have love to go somewhere else to get my money worth. I recommend please avoid this restaurant. I am definitely never going back there again.

One of the most unprofessional companies i have ever worked for. Employees don t receive their breaks, and thats on 8hr or longer shifts. I don t how this company have been around for such a long period of time with horrible service like this, and located in one of the biggest airports in the US

ATL airport Concourse C. One of the worst experiences ever at Great Wraps. No managers to be seen, employees untrained, rude, and S L O W! Global Concessions and the ATL airport (who gave them the concessions contract) should be ashamed. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Atlanta Airport, Terminal C. This has got to be the worst airport food I have ever eaten - dried eggs scraped off the bottom of the steam table tray, stale dried out potatoes, non-toasted toast, and nicely delivered sideways in the bag,

1.) poor/nonexistent communication

(Communication within this company was terrible all the way around. Little to no notice before meetings, not giving thorough instructions to new employees being hired on, etc.)

2.) understaffed
(in some locations managers were having to do at least 2-3 jobs in addition to their own)

3.) Untrained/under trained employees
(from what I have observed, cooks especially are not being trained properly on proper food handling procedures. Managers NEED to be trained on these procedures as well.)

PROPERLY TRAIN YOUR COOKS, AND MANAGERS, ON SAFE FOOD HANDLING PROCEDURES!!!!! Not doing so is putting your company at risk for potentially making MANY people sick.

Also, why does it not seem like your office personnel communicates with each other??? It has taken more than a month for me to receive my last paycheck from you (35 days before it was put in the mail). I would have stopped by your offices, but I no longer live in that state. HR should have communicated with payroll which people were no longer employees so that those paychecks could be mailed instead of sitting in the safe of one of your locations for weeks. It felt like I was having to do your office personnel's jobs for them just to get the money owed to me.

If I could have given you 0 stars I would. I would discourage anyone with a good sense of team work and proper work practices from applying to this company. This is the worst company I have ever worked for.

I was trying to eat healthy but the candied yams were very hard seemed like they were barely cooked. The greens and macaroni and cheese had almost no seasoning. The worst $8.64 veggie plate that I have ever spent. Threw it in trash. I enjoyed my water.

Used the automatic stand to pick the meal and pay at great wraps at hartsfield-jackson jackson airport. The whole row of people using the device were then told the machine is down. and they don t have the print out to make the food and refused to make the meal we paid for. We were told to call to get our refund and of course global concessions is busy and you cannot leave a voicemail because it is full. i send an email but i wont hold my breath that any of these incompetent people will return my money. This is beyond atrocious customer service. y all need to make this right.
