Global Client Solutions Review

I'm not exactly sure how I came to become a customer of this company. I called a debt consolidation company and the employee stated they were formerly known as care one credit. I now believe that to he a lie. My credit is considerably worse than when I joined the program. My credit would have recovered more quickly had I contacted each individual bank. I was informed by my credit union that any legitimate debt company would have showed up on my credit report. GSC does not.
DO NOT USE this program to eliminate credit card debt.

I should have known better - when something sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't. My gut kept telling me no, but I didn't listen and the sales pitch just sounded too good to pass up. I will say during the in person meeting/(sign up) (by a 3rd party) the "real" details were given, but I felt too far along to jump ship. I had great credit, just looking for a way to eliminate some debt faster...big mistake, Don't take the "easy" route! Global is in a No-Lose situation. If they can't do what they say, I believe they will refund your money or at least some/most of it, but it will leave you FAR WORSE than when you start.
Now to be fair, I think their system will "work" most of the time, but it is only by destroying your credit, having the CC company send you to collection, then settling with them. My best day after starting with Global was the day I called and said I want out. YOU can do everything Global does on your own without costing you more....just stop making payments and wait about 6 months. I called one of the card companies myself and asked for a settlement cost after almost 6 months and they would have taken less than 60% as a settlement with payments over several months. I decided against it and just ask for a long term option to pay them in full so I didn't have a "Settled" account on my credit history.
Proceed at your own Risk - I went from a Credit Score of 775 to 605 in about 2-3 months and would have continued to fall had I let the debts go to collection. There are better ways - DONT DO THIS.

I am a former employee. Your information is not secure or safe. They are allowed to write down your social security numbers. They are able to be on their cell phones all of your information is visible and anybody can access it. This company as an employer is very poor and they mistreat you if you are a new employee. I was let go because I reported a racist comment that a member of leadership said to me. The job failed to do anything about it. Protect your information pay your creditors directly and do not give them your information at global client Solutions if they want to commit fraud you ALL are easy targets. Global Client Solutions and their "partner" Boulder Legal Services are just awful. In over a year they have only managed to "settle" 3 debts out of nearly 20, I have paid in thousands of dollars, $3,000 of which I was told was for legal representation if same should be needed. Well, I was sued and THEY DID NOTHING. Not a phone call, not an email, NOTHING. I finally spoke with Andrew who told me "if you can pay another $150 per month we can negotiate with them". SERIOUSLY? At this point I have literally paid in THOUSANDS of dollars and still have been SUED by a creditor and because I was not represented by BOULDER LEGAL SERVICES a Default Judgment has been filed against me. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS I AM OUT! This whole thing is a scam - and I work in a law firm! I really should have known better but, all of their pretty brochure and documents sure looked legit. Scam of the highest caliber. Now I just don't know how to get OUT of their grip! DO NOT USE GLOBAL CLIENT SOLUTIONS OR BOULDER LEGAL GROUP! You'll end up like me without representation and having a Default Judgment filed against you. BECAUSE THEY DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU! You're lucky if you even get a phone call or a return email.

I have been very happy with Global Solutions. My credit score has raised quickly and due to the pandemic, they ve been able to work payments out with me because of a temporary lay-off.

I've been with this company for 2.5 years. I just made my last payment in February 2018..... I do not know why some of these reviews are so horrible. I feel that many do not understand how debit consolidation works. You first have to build up funds in your account in order to pay off your debit. That is exactly what this company does. They do not just pay off your debit. Because let's face it that's not good business. If they paid off all your debits the minute your signed up with them how would the gurantee they would get paid. I had 5 debit with them and all are paid off and I am officially debit free. I think what many individuals failed to do when signing up was read all the information sent to them thru the mail. It even states that in the beginning your credit score will drop and be affected... I think the most important thing people need to do is read....

I received a reply from a supposed company rep., ?LOL. They were quick to send a letter of termination to my P.O. Box stamp dated August 17, 2018 & I received it in my P.O. Box on August 20, 2018. Amazing they could mail this to my P.O. Box within 3 days but not my refund check for the money they scammed me out of. Proves beyond 100% doubt they're a Pure Ripoff Scam Agency who mines your personal data to other companies. They are absolute liars. They've sold my personal information already. I've had to change my cell number due to calls from other scam artists in the debt business like this Corporation. Take time to look at their website. They operate many companies under numerous umbrella names thus again displaying they're doing nothing more than preying & scamming on people seeking financial assistance. It's as Plain As The Nose On A Persons Face. If I could rate them a minus score I would. With these crooks Buyer Beware...!!!
