Worst experience ever!! These clowns will only take your money... beware!!! Car came back in far worst condition than when it went in. Also damaged the paint job on my car. Cost me twice as much to repair the damage these bozo s made.....one star is far to generous. Scammers!!!!
I've been going to Global transmission for many years now, from registration check to servicing, they've always been honest, NICKY SANTORO, i'm calling out your name because ive read your lying review under two causes. One, you have not mentioned the office of fair trading at all in your review, if said GLOBAL ripped you off, why haven't you taken it to fair trading or tribunal for that matter, and TWO, not even Renault dealership was not able to fix your vehicle forcing you to sell that particular vehicle.
What that tells me is that you are a liar and only want to tarnish the reputation of hard working individuals just because you couldn't afford the repairs and exaggerate the cost, you are an example of the worst human being this world has to offer.

From when i was in the dealer they would pick up and deliver back on a tow truck fixed . Exceptional quility of work and after a quick toad test and check under always back to customer no fault with many more years. Whenever a problem was occurred during the repair unforseen costs . Always keep uptodate with costing. Now we send them on a tow tuck over and drive them back for over 90 mins with confidence accross sydney/centeral coast it wouldnt have any issues. Bonus is getting half a day off to pick it up for a smooth drive

Absolutely shocking, so unprofessional and rude. Quite unpleasant to deal with.
My Vehicle had A/T light on the dash, which comes and goes. Once the light appears my car losses power and feels like its stuck in one gear. I took to my usual mechanic and he couldn't locate the problem. One of my friends recommend to take it down to Global Transmission Blacktown to check the transmission. They scanned and diagnosed then told me to come back once the light reappears. About couple days later, the A/T light came back on and took it back to re-scan, they told it was a speed sensor that was playing up and they need the car for the day to repair. I organised a day and dropped the car off, until late afternoon, picked up my car and its driving great. Thanks to Global
Would not let me test drive my own car after a transmission repair until I pay them. Took car back twice and did not even look at the problem just kept it for two weeks. Only wasted my time and money. Would not recommend these guys to anyone.
For anyone that wants to send their vehicle to Global Transmission Services in either Blacktown or Liverpool. DONT DO IT!!!!! Probably the worst customer service experience & knowledge from a workshop I have ever experienced!!
Unless, you want to take it to this workshop to only find out later, they sent it to a completely other company to do the work for your car then they just charged more on top for the work & most of all you had NO IDEA were in Syd your car was!! Yep that's what happened to me as well as the below...
I took my sports car to them to just check what was wrong with it and diagnose the issue so I knew what to do and how much it would cost. Most places would take about 1 day or max 2 days to come back to their customers with what the issue is especially after advising they had room to work on the car that day and have scheduled it in. So 1 week later after I dropped my car off, I had to ring them every single day to get an update, but they never called me.
I would get dumb excuses like "ohh were just waiting for a part to come in" or "were just waiting to get the oil to come" when it didn't even need new oil??? And the error that's coming up on the vehicle doesn't have anything to do with the oil.. After we said that the response was "ohh its worth a shot"??? so they take guesses with people's car and then try charge me for it !!! I then told them not to do that and that I wouldn't pay for it as it doesn't need any new oil it was just changed a few wks ago.
After the weekend so the 2nd week my car was there, they sent it to their Liverpool shop, and they said they could fix it, every day new excuses as to why they haven't started, then after having my car for another 2 wks, so now its been there for 3 wks all up they turn around to me and say " Ohh we don't know how to fix it as we don't have the required equipment so u will need to send it to someone else & couldn't even of figured that out within the 3 wks. "They call themselves Transmission specialists !!!!
They also tried having the nerve to charge me up the towing fee's to send it somewhere else, cause there btwn workshop sent it to Liverpool and that was further from my house. So I had to argue with them to literally pay for it cause they look it out of the workshop I sent it to!! Even the courtesy that they have has my car for over 3wks just sitting there cause they didn't do anything about it !!!
If anyone loves there car as much as I love my car, you don't want to send your car to these workshops!!!! And even if you don't love your car that much, its the vehicle that you need in your every day life and I'm sure no one wants to be given the run around for weeks and get ripped off with unnecessary costs that your vehicle didn't even need.
All sports cars deserve better & paying customers deserve better !!!
Worst place ever. They Told me to come at 8am said the car would be ready at 3pm I said why so late it's a small job so they change the time to 1pm i came at 1pm and the car was not done I live 1 1/2 hours away. Wasted time and petrol. You can tell it's bad when the owner rates his store 5 stars...
Where have all the old reviews gone??? I had left a very detailed review a in 2010 and now it s gone!! I had a terrible experience with Global Transmission Blacktown. Lost a lot of time and money to lies and misleading information. I would not recommend them to anyone.
