Glide Church is amazing. Its radial inclusiveness makes everyone feel welcome. Already at the entrance you are warmly welcomed, and everyone on the inside are so nice. The worship is exceptional, great music, preaching and spoken word prayers. Have you ever been hurt by a religious community, are you in need of spiritual healing a place to belong, this is the place to go.
Awesome!! Driven by the desire to help others in our community that are often overlooked ostracized, until of course a person less fortunate is near you. Glide isn't about Nimbyism, but are "yes in my backyard' great place great people working for change

A Church for all people. All races, all genders, straight, LGBTQ, housed or un-housed, documented or undocumented, Christian, Jewish, Hindu, any religion or no religion at all. Everyone is welcome. Everyone! Practices Unconditional Love and Radical Inclusion. Puts it's faith into action helping the most marginalized and standing up for social and economic justice. A place that Walks the Talk.
The only people with nice things to say about Glide are people who've never actually used any of their services. Anybody who has ever had to stand in line for food over there can tell you how abusive the staff is. You can't ask anyone a simple question without them screaming in your face. The food has really gone downhill since Covid. It used to be barely tolerable now it's just downright disgusting.
Yes I do eat here a lot it's good they let you have second and they help with a lot of other resource. Thanks Glide for the help. Yes they are nice there!
Famous, does tons for the community, all inclusive and a great message of perseverance and over coming.
Awesome facility attached to Glide Church. Free meals downstairs, counseling, medical treatment & referrals for any resource you might need, and SUPER DUPER HOLY!!! Reverend Cecil Williams is world-renowned and loved. Many great black recording artists have worshipped, volunteered, and perfomed in at this historic site. Gorgeous park right across the street!
As a community centre I would give a thumbs up, but as a church ... they deny Jesus & the Cross, they deny the need to repent and turn away from sin, instead of seeking truth they just want to act happy while living in whatever sin they choose...NOT a church for real believers seeking truth, forgiveness and change x
