Glenwood Insurance Agency and it's staff have been serving the insurance needs for Daybreak Construction Specialties, Inc. during the past 20+ years. We worked a lot with the Rifle office and Melea the past 5 + years. Perhaps longer, I cannot remember when I first spoke with her. but I do remember she has been consistently professional, helpful and has gone above and beyond in the service she provides to us. Most recently we had to rent a large piece of equipment for a job and needed a certificate of Liability insurance sent to the rental company. There was the question of value of the rental equipment to possibly need separate liability coverage for the equipment rental. Melea called the rental company and got the information from them and relayed it to me. The certificate was e mailed by Melea and received by the rental company as the guys arrived to pick up the equipment. Our business can be fast paced at times and Melea has always responded quickly and accurately. She saved us time and money on jobs by providing us with answers to our questions and getting the certificates of our liability coverage to the vendors requiring it. She has been able to answer our questions and provides EXCELLENT Customer Service. Many thanks to Glenwood Insurance and Melea.

40 year valley resident, terrible follow through, coverage promised; not included...SAFECO insurance the worst.
I never got a call after I cancelled over$10,000 of coverage...guess that wasn t enough for this agency...
Pass on them... too many other good options

I have worked with James Howell at Glenwood Insurance and he has made shopping for auto insurance and home insurance understandable and almost painless. He is honest and personable. I d rather discuss my insurance needs with James than deal with a faceless online insurance company. Glenwood Insurance and James Howell gets what customer service is all about. She has done an amazing job on following up with the insurance companies whether it's an insurance audit that needed to be disputed or getting them to update our information. Everyone at glenwood insurance is amazing. It s always a huge hassle trying to find an affordable rate for insurance, but they make it super easy. They are very professional and keep you updated along the process. They ask you questions that no other insurance agency has ever done for me, to get me great rates. Buying a car is a lot of work and headache, so I m glad I can rely on these amazing people to take the extra hassle of finding good insurance that doesn t break the bank.

I had the best experience working with James Howell and his team including the dynamic Courtney and Angela, on car and home insurance! He really went above and beyond searching for the best and least expensive coverage for us. Having a 19 year old son (who may have gotten a few speeding tickets ) made it even harder. They helped lower my homes owners insurance while making sure my family and I were still covered. I have told any and everyone I know to call them. At least get a quote...I mean what do you have to lose or save?

I switched over about 2 years ago and work with both James Howell and Courtney. They are both so helpful, caring and nice every time. I can call either at any hour and they are always there to help. I m terrible when it comes to understanding anything insurance and they are so patient explaining everything and always make sure I have the right coverage for me. James Howell at Glenwood Insurance Agency is the best! I was a State Farm insurance customer since I was 16 and thought I was doing pretty good. Then I bought a house and needed some home owners insurance quotes. I got one from my then agent at State Farm and asked James for some others. He presented a plan from a well-known insurance company and I could not believe what an amazing deal it was. My premium that includes my homeowners insurance is now far cheaper than what I was paying for just car insurance. And the coverage is amazing. I had a vehicle totaled last year, so it's not just smoke and mirrors. Call James ASAP!! You won't regret it.
