Glenwood Insurance Agency and it's staff have been serving the insurance needs for Daybreak Construction Specialties, Inc. during the past 20+ years. We worked a lot with the Rifle office and Melea the past 5 + years. Perhaps longer, I cannot remember when I first spoke with her. but I do remember she has been consistently professional, helpful and has gone above and beyond in the service she provides to us. Most recently we had to rent a large piece of equipment for a job and needed a certificate of Liability insurance sent to the rental company. There was the question of value of the rental equipment to possibly need separate liability coverage for the equipment rental. Melea called the rental company and got the information from them and relayed it to me. The certificate was e mailed by Melea and received by the rental company as the guys arrived to pick up the equipment. Our business can be fast paced at times and Melea has always responded quickly and accurately. She saved us time and money on jobs by providing us with answers to our questions and getting the certificates of our liability coverage to the vendors requiring it.
