Glennpeter Jewelers Diamond Centre Review

I came here to have a ring appraised and the staff was so cool! Mary and Sarah really seemed excited and willing to help me out and I just had a really pleasant experience overall. I never had any beautiful jewelry pieces before and I felt like these women were very happy and eager to help me out. Jason was able to appraise my ring very quickly and accurately! Seriously amazing staff I felt like I was talking with my girlfriends and telling them the funny story of how i ended up with the piece. I have always wanted to have an excuse to go inside the diamond center and it was fantastic. They made me feel comfortable and I am so happy with my experience. I plan on going back if I need a cleaning or repairs now that my ring is officially insured. I have made the decision this will be my engagement ring and my boyfriend will have to pay to get a custom wedding band by Glennpeters. No official plans yet but I can't picture myself going anywhere other then here!

We decided to buy my daughter a sweet 16 ring. It was difficult with COVID until I connected with Sarah Estey. She is fantastic - listened to what I was looking for in style and price, and worked hard to find suitable options, sending pictures and details and promptly answering questions. The ring she found matched my daughters style, and even coordinated with my own ring my mother bought me years ago. My daughter absolutely loves it - it s simple yet stunning, and we feel we got a quality piece at a very fair price. She ll have it forever. Thank you Sarah and Glennpeter!

Four years ago, I stopped at the Clifton Park location of Glenn Peters Diamond Centre to pick out my wedding band. I had such a wonderful experience then, that when a stone fell out of my engagement ring, it was the first place that popped into my mind. Thank goodness I went there! Not only was the pricing very reasonable, but I had a similar experience, like the one I had four years before. Though some of the faces have changed, they were able to provide me the same quality and experience that I expected because of that first visit. I feel that that is a very difficult thing to keep consistent for any business. But they did it. The experience is just exceptional from beginning to end. I highly recommend them to anyone for all of your jewelry needs. Great staff/management, great service, great product, exceptional experience every time! Thank you. ~Josh M-B

I had a great experience at Glennpeters. I had the pleasure to work with Paula who was very understanding and helpful with my purchases. She made everything easy and simply wonderful.

I could not put into words how grateful I am to Paula and Jason. Paula should give seminars on customer service. My husband got me earring for our 30th anniversary. Paula guided him through the buying process and made it an incredible positive experience for him. When I brought the earrings in to change the backing to a vision I had for them, Paula and Jason so kindly worked with me until they were perfect!
The store is full of beautiful jewelry, but the real gems are the people who work there, and the genuine care they have for their customers. I am so very grateful!!!

Sarah E at Glennpeter in Albany was phenomenal. She was personable, friendly and helpful. We went for their weekend expo today and purchased BOGO bands for our 2022 wedding. I am so pleased with their customer service.l and overall atmosphere. They also have a little bar with wine and beer which was just a wonderful add on during our visit!
