I came here to have a ring appraised and the staff was so cool! Mary and Sarah really seemed excited and willing to help me out and I just had a really pleasant experience overall. I never had any beautiful jewelry pieces before and I felt like these women were very happy and eager to help me out. Jason was able to appraise my ring very quickly and accurately! Seriously amazing staff I felt like I was talking with my girlfriends and telling them the funny story of how i ended up with the piece. I have always wanted to have an excuse to go inside the diamond center and it was fantastic. They made me feel comfortable and I am so happy with my experience. I plan on going back if I need a cleaning or repairs now that my ring is officially insured. I have made the decision this will be my engagement ring and my boyfriend will have to pay to get a custom wedding band by Glennpeters. No official plans yet but I can't picture myself going anywhere other then here!
