Great food, great service, spectacular views & excellent staff. A must visit for us every year.

Lovely location and people but frankly disappointed by the wine. Maybe expectations were raised by our previous samples!

It is absolutely worth a visit! The view over the mountains is breathtaking, the people are warm, the furniture is high quality (but not too noble, which I think is very good), the wines are of course always a matter of taste. The sommelier was funny and absolutely competent.
All in all we will definitely come back again.
Air conditioning, by the way, great.

I have been honoured to have my wedding at this beautiful restaurant and venue, and we recently returned to celebrate our one year anniversary. It is really the most special place to us and we always thoroughly enjoy ourselves. The staff, the service, the food, the wine - everything is of the highest quality. Thank you for such amazing service and hospitality!

Do not eat the steak. They only offered steaks Medium. Apparently the "griller" can only prepare Medium steaks when they get busy.

Great lunch at Glen Carlou. Sundays are a set menu, but Monday to Saturday you have a choice between a set menu and a la carte menu. I'd suggest making a reservation inside and if it isn't too hot sit on the balcony. The calamari starter and ostrich fillet was great. We had Glen Carlou's bubbles which was great and great value for money. The ice cream and sorbet was a great dessert.

Was there for lunch Sunday on Sunday. It was wonderful. The food is delicious and the service and friendliness of staff fantastic. Many thanks and regards to everyone. Wilhelm Kruger

Awesome restaurant with the most yummy cuisine . The setting is Amazing - we had a spot on the balcony which overlooked the vineyards - loved it. The Service and the food was great. My husband bought red and white wine and loved it too

Great experience, amazing view and great wines. Not for the budget drinker

The view from the dining hall over the vineyards is breathtaking and adds to a relaxing ambience; the staff are very welcoming and professional. The chef excels on all levels : plating, balance of flavour, texture and colours in every course of the meal. The wines tasted were also of an exceptionally high standard. All in all, this was a memorable day spent at Glen Carlou! I highly recommend them to anyone interested in a special treat.
