I bought a Glem kitchen in October 2020, after a few days of cooking there were two stains left on the hob that could not be removed even with the specific product purchased at the service center! I wrote and sent the photos, I was told that the steel is of the highest quality, I don't doubt it but the stains are still there! Before this I had a kitchen for 45 years, when I scrapped it. steel was perfect! my model should come with a drip pan, instead it has a kind of non-stick tray! I put 2 stars because I was disappointed with the answers that were given to me, apart from the stains I will wait to see with the passage of time if there will be other inconveniences! I hope not! Today, March 21, 2021, the lights that indicate the temperature of the oven have burned out! What else will happen! Never again a Glem kitchen!

A very old lady had a problem with the glass of a gas cooker (it broke in her hand as she opened it) the after-sales service replies with arrogance that in over 60 years of production such a thing has never happened and that they wash their hands beautifully. Before selling, you should have empathy for the customer by also solving these cases regardless of whether or not it is under warranty. Bad service. I will take legal action because I can't stand injustices against the weak.
I am expecting a contact as a response from the owner. Still no feedback. Available to modify the review if the conditions exist.

Edit: Update of 09/14/2020: obviously no one has made themselves heard as written by them in the answer obviously made only to make a good impression on the reader. I therefore confirm the non-seriousness (double because they make fun of saying that they would have reviewed the request and have not contacted me) and I do not recommend anyone to buy from them.

A week ago I gave my wife a Glem Matrix kitchen and I can honestly say that it exceeded my expectations, I think that when you come across a product of this quality what you have to do is congratulate them and encourage them to continue on this path.

VERY bad idea.
Aesthetically beautiful material but of medium / low quality.
ESPECIALLY VERY poor support.
Care for the bad customer.
