Very great raft trip. Took our 12 year old grandson with us. They were great with him. Made him kind of a mascot for the trip. Really good value.

Had a great time rafting at Glacier thanks to the wonderful guides from GRC. They made our experience fun and unforgettable.

Took my two daughters and two grandsons raftin while we were at Glacier. Brandt was our guide. He was amazing!!!! He made our first rafting trip a blast. He was so funny and knowledgeable. Definitely the most fun I ve had in a long time. I recommend GRC to everyone. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Brandt as your Guide.

Mt fiance and I went rafting over Memorial Day Weekend. We had an amazing trip. Everyone was so friendly and energetic, which made us feel very comfortable. Collin was our guide and he was awesome. We can't wait to come back and bring our families! Great experience!

We had lots of fun on the half day tour with dinner. Our guide John was really informative and entertaining as he guided us down the rapids.

So much fun...booked the sport boat, which is smaller and it made the trip a lot more exciting...not scary...just thrilling :) It was my husband, me and my 2 kids (12 and 14). We all had a blast and love Kaden our guide. He grew up in the area and was studying geology so he provided us with great information! Don't miss out on an amazing time!

We loved our whitewater rafting trip with Glacier Rafting co! We brought the whole family, down to our youngest (age 8). The scenery was beautiful, and the rapids were really fun! It was the highlight of our trip to Montana. Our guide Mots was fantastic. It was very organized. Well worth the money. Helpful hint- get the picture package! The pictures are so much fun to see after- I am glad I paid for them. We made some unforgettable memories. Thank you!

We had a super three hour raft trip. The guide, Matt, was great. The company's equipment (rafts and buses, etc.) were clean and in excellent condition. This is a really well run operation.

We also had the dinner option next to the river before the short bus ride back. The food was surprisingly excellent too with a really nice salad; a chicken, steak or veggie burger option with toppings, baked potato, and dessert. Things were set up quickly after the raft trip. Definitely a worthwhile addition.

Since we went in late August, the river was fairly calm (better for kids) versus earlier in the season in June when there is a lot more snowmelt. Water color was beautiful as were the mountains and scenery around the river. This and the hike to Avalanche Lake were the highlights of our trip.

Didn't run into any bear along the float that alone made it a good day.

High quality Glacier shirts etc. Customer service was personable and friendly despite being slammed.

My daughter and I drove from California for a river rafting adventure. We had the best time with Glacier raft company and especially with our guide , Matt. He made it especially fun.

My husband, mom, dad, uncle, cousin & I rafted with Batch of Glacier Raft Company on Saturday morning & had an absolutely AMAZING time!! Batch was super knowledgable & experienced making us feel incredibly safe & comfortable while on the river. Plus, we got lucky & only had our own family in our boat which made for a more intimate, memorable trip. If we hadn't had a wedding in the afternoon, we would've loved to have done a full day excursion but the half day worked out perfectly! Can't recommend this company & BATCH in particular enough!!

I have done a few trips with Glacier Raft Company. The guides I have had have always been fun, nice, and full of local river corridor history and lore. Lunch on the full day trips has always been wonderful. The middle fork of the Flathead river is a really fun ride.

It was a great experience to go on half day rafting tour with Glacier Raft Company. Their tour guides are very entertaining and full of a adrenaline. Our guide was Doc. He is an amazing guide. He shared lots of information about Glacier National Park and other areas around Montana and its history. I would highly recommend to try Glacier Raft company if you have plans for Rafting in GNP. They are the best

Our guide was adorable and funny. He advised us exactly what to do if someone fell out of the raft (which they did) without any problem.

It was our first time rafting, and it was a fantastic experience. Everything is well organized from the moment you get there, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would like to thank our guide Kevin, he knew what he was doing from the moment we got to the raft; even though we didn't have any experience with raft or rapids we were very confident going through them with Kevin on board. If your visiting Glacier, be sure to go there.

We've been on other rafting trips and this was by far the best of them all! We enjoyed the company of the other rafters with us and our guide was outstanding. He shared much about the surrounding area and was quick and efficient in his response when one occupant fell overboard. My husband and I would highly recommend this rafting trip.

We have done the half day trip a few times now. It is always a good time. They have a great staff from the people who book the trip to the Guides. This was our first trip wit Guide Colley and he was awesome! Thanks for a great day and we are looking forward to seeing you again.

LOVED our river rafting experience we had today. We had gone river rafting by ourselves before, but never from a commercialized place and was a litttle skeptical. But we honestly had a blast. Our tour guide, Hunter, was great and made the whole experience even more fun than it already was. Highly recommended!

What an awesome adventure with Russell W. as our guide!!! Can't say enough about his sense of humor, his knowledge of the area & his rafting acumen! Wet suits available at no charge was a huge plus for my wife. Highly recommend the experience!!! (We did the half-day with dinner)

Took the whole fam for a full-day trip last week, a first time experience for all of us. We had a fantastic day. The scenery was spectacular, of course. Our guide was very personable and entertaining and had a surprising amount of local historical knowledge (He was a local, but still--almost Cliff Clavin-like.). As a part of the full-day package, we beached on a gravel bar mid-day, and the guides cooked us up some lunch, including grilling steaks, chicken, and (ack) veggie burgers. We also had fruit, Ramen salad, Oreos, and more. After lunch, we hit the rapids portion of the trip. They were fun and exciting without terrifying anyone, and the cold water splashing everyone felt great on a warm summer day. We ended the day in East Glacier by taking a quick and brisk dip in the river. All in all, it was a memorable and very positive experience working with GRC!

This was on our bucket list and was great. Thanks Doc for a wonderful experience!

We had a great time! Family friendly! Nate was very knowledgeable of the river and guided us exceptionally well with his expertise yet was fun and added a sense of adventure to the trip down river.

Had an awesome experience. Our guide AP (Andrew) was the best ! Great time. He was good with having a little one on board. Our granddaughter Sophia 5 1/2 yr old enjoyed it and was not scared. AP had a great sense of humor and knowledge of the area and it's past. Request AP as your guide.

Found a groupon that made my first rafting experience affordable and I can honestly say I was not disappointed! The staff is doing their best with all the covid restrictions and they are pulling it off like bosses. Friendly, knowledgeable and energetic is the best way to describe everyone we encountered!

The website stated the minimum age for the raft trip was 6 so I booked for 4 adults and my 6 year old. They even emailed me to verify the age of the child. It wasn't until we arrived and got all suited up that they told us my 6 year old wouldn't be able to go because the minimum weight required was 50 lbs. What 6 year old weighs 50 lbs? We ended up canceling our trip since she wasn't able to go. The manager was really nice about it but all of the women at the front desk were really ride and short.

Had a blast with Bird (maybe Berg?) as our guide! Super friendly, told us about the areas we went through, quick to get the person out of boat back in, and overall a funny guy. Made sure everyone had a good time. Our group was great. Would love to do this again!

I highly recommend the Glacier Rafting Co.! They did an amazing job accommodating our group and making sure everything was perfect. The scenery is gorgeous (obviously), the rafting itself was a blast, our guides were knowledgeable and funny, and the dinner was delicious. We had several newbies, as well as veteran rafters, on the trip and everyone was thrilled with the experience.

I went on a two-day raft trip at the end of August. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating in person and when I was planning my trip. Our raft guide (Colin) had a great disposition and insisted we just relax and let him take care of everything.

For the two-day, we set off in the morning, had a deli sandwich type lunch, a delicious hot dinner and breakfast the next morning, and a chicken wrap lunch. Each meal had plenty of fresh vegetables, which is the part I appreciated the most. I brought my own hammock and sleeping bag, but they will loan you their equipment as part of the cost of the trip. The mattresses they provided were very thick!

My trip was at the end of August, so the river s water level was rather low. This is the perfect time to take younger kids or for people that don t want to get jostled around too much. We had rapids, but it was mostly relaxing. We saw a lot of wildlife, including bald eagles, deer and a small black bear eating at the side of the river bank.

When it s cooler out (as it is at the end of August there), I would recommend a smartwool type base layer (pants and long sleeve shirt) and thin wool socks for under your water shoes (I wore some old athletic shoes), and rain gear over that (pants and jacket). Our first day was rather cold, but I was fine with my layers, and, on the second day, I was able to shed the rain gear and it was warm enough to take a quick dip in the river! Bring a ball cap or a hat with a brim!

Had a great time yesterday at glacier raft company. Joline was great and kept the trip fun. We did the full day trip with lunch part way through. I would definitely come back in the future.

I took the half day trip which included a steak/chicken lunch. Mindy was a fantastic guide and the trip was well run and organized. The water was class 2/3 from my experience with about 8 rapids over 2.5 hours. Lots of family fun and a good break from hiking and driving. The office staff wasn t particularly enthusiastic or overly helpful, maybe they should look for another line of work . That being said, it was a fun experience.

Not a class 5 river but the views were amazing. Likely a bit better in late spring. Oh please no paddle high 5 s. That has got to stop on all rafting trips, especially whenever there is 0% chance of dumping.

Went with a group of teenagers and had a great time. The guide really knew what he was doing.

We scheduled a scenic float for our wedding group over memorial weekend of 13 people. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The scenic float is perfect for all ages including little ones and elders as it is gentle with beautiful views. Russell was my raft's leader and he was a riot! I highly recommend this company for any of your glacier park adventure activities!

My family of 5 had SO MUCH FUN doing our day of rafting. I was a little nervous to take our 7 and 8 year olds white water rafting, but our guide was awesome and he absolutely knew what he was doing. I never once felt unsafe. They even BBQ'd on the beach for us halfway through. 10/10 would float again

My Dad and I took a float trip on our way through Glacier and we had such a great time! Our river guide, Dana, was amazing! She eagerly answered all of our questions about the river, wildlife, and geology, and she made our trip very enjoyable and relaxing!

Glacier Raft Co. gave us a great time on the river! We went in mid-July a couple of summers ago, but the memories are still alive. Can't wait to go back! (P.S. try the sports raft, it'll give you more adventure) :)

We stopped in at the office by the welcome center. 2 women working, one was friendly, the other was short with us and rude. Online it states the minimum age is 1.5. So I stated our daughter is just over 2 and she was apprehensive of saying she could go on the raft. I explained we are from Florida, our children have grown up on the water. She said if they walk, talk and are out of diapers, that's usually their requirements. Apparently she is not aware that almost no children are out of diapers at 1.5. From that point on she kind of ignored us. I asked if there was a time available tomorrow, she seemed bothered she had to check this. She said there is, then said nothing else. I was assuming I would hook with them book with them here at the office . After a few more moments, I asked can we book this here. She then said here's a pamphlet, you can call them and book over the phone. And said nothing elsw. Not even have a good day. So needless to say we are not booking anything with them .

It was my first time whitewater rafting, and it was a great experience to say the least. Our guides Lars and Emma were fantastic. They were both very experienced, and highly enthusiastic. My father and I were in single person Kayaks following the bigger rafts through class 2-3 rapids. Before each one, Lars would fill us in on the best way to navigate through it without hitting rocks or getting tipped over. This knowledge helped us greatly. I highly recommend the trip with dinner included in the afternoon. Steaks were perfect and really hit the spot following our time on the river! If we ever get back this way, we will definitely be taking another trip here.

The Howe Ridge Fire shut down The Going-To-The-Sun-Road from Apgar Village to Logan Pass, so we had to find other things to entertain us. I had always wanted to white water raft. So I convinced the rest of my family to do it. We had a great time. The 2 guides we interacted with - Batch and Emily where knowledgeable and personable. The entire team seemed to work well together to get us out on the water as efficiently as possible. We showed up as recommended 30 min. before departure. Considering 3 bus loads of people processed through and out in that time, they did a great job of moving us quickly and explaining all that we needed to know. Be prepared for the rush of people at check in. Float time varies greatly depending on the speed of the water. Expect 45-60 min in early spring and closer to 2.5 -3 hours late summer/early fall. You are heading into nature, be flexible, expect the unexpected, and you will have a great time!

Raft guides are quite friendly and do their best to make the most out of the experience. The scenic stretch of the flathead river offers the relaxing green hues of pines. One let down would be low tides diminishing experience.

The guides were experienced, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Andrew had us all laughing on the short bus ride, Maddie skillfully guided us down the river, and Amy was very knowledgeable about the wildlife, history, and geology of the area. The boats, wetsuits, and other supplies were in great condition. We even saw a mama black bear and two cubs!! We would definitely raft with Glacier Raft Company again.

I struggled in deciding whether to take a day outside of the park to go kayaking with a group and I m so glad I did. I had so much fun! I smiled from cheek to check the whole trip!

Lots of fun, but because we had a youth going along they assumed he would ride in the front. They did not have a paddle for him. Although he is only 12 he is as big as an adult. So I shared my paddle with him. I did not mind but I do think it's part of the experience.

We were in Glacier, MT for a wedding. I've always wanted to try whitewater rafting. My wife was fearful and it took a lot to convince her to go. At the end of our trip, she was so glad she went! It was a ton of fun and a great experience. No problem if you are a first timer.

Our guide for the trip was "Doc." We were so lucky to get paired with him. He was extremely skilled at rafting and a great instructor. He was also great at telling us info about MT, Glacier, and the area's history in addition to rafting stuff.

The rapid trip we did was a "half day" and included about 2.5ish hours of raft time. We went though a bunch of Class I, II and III rapids (Late July, 2018). At no point in time did we think that "Doc" didn't have the raft under control. I would definitely go again!

We had an amazing experience during our Half day white water rafting trip here. Our guide Mike was amazing and he made sure we had a lot of fun during the entire trip. Would definitey recommend this place to everyone

They where top notch from the beginning introduction of the awesome bus ride , to walking us across the bridge at the end !
