Nothing wrong with the assessments but the website is terrible to order from. It takes your money immediately but doesn’t tell you till after they have your money that you have to complete a long form plus send your credentials… fine if they want to do this but do it before you take money? They’ve taken £360 out of my account, I can’t trace my order and no one’s dispatching it till a “registration team” can confirm they don’t need anything more than my degree and hcpc registration proof that I’ve already sent. Won’t be using again and will switch to Pearson assessments for the rest I need as the service is terrible.
