Very slow resolving problem what to do with extra pallet

Stay away from this brokers they are lying and they don't pay detention time

I've only worked with GIX a couple of times specifically Katyln, from my standpoint, these folks are very professional and very easy to work with. Keep up the good work. Thanks for all you do.

I'd like to give you a heads up about an employee of yours. Joyce Williams is by far the kindest, caring and understanding freight managers I have ever worked with. We have only done business with her for about one year but it has been a great year. I honestly look forward to talking to her daily and she has shown me that there's people out there that care. I also love Felix the Pig!

Brokers here are annoying and unprofessional spoke to the ladies and guys here and none of them have sense of how to make stuff correct for driver will never do any loads with this people again

This Freight broker lying about loads they sale , sold load to us and they knew upfront that this load will not be accepted for two days I had to stay for two day and keep my reefer running at receiver .when call to broker they said we swear of situations but you just have to wait , dishonest people don't take loads from them

Couldn't care less if they paid you. Call them and they say they will email you back by end of day. HaHa. Then you call them back and wont answer phone. When you do get someone it's not the right person. Finally got paid

Payed full amount. Detention time payment was 40 days later

Great people. Bennett is great to deal with. Load was exactly as ge said it would be.
