His office tells me to wait about 10 months from the date of the operation before seeing a lawyer even though I had a major problem immediately after. So we wait 10 months and there is no change in my medical problem. I go see his assistant and don't hear much back. 10 months later and only 4 months to go before it is too late to file a complaint, I am told there is nothing he can do for me. Probably because I am too old.
