Authentic food with a terrific atmosphere. The owner runs seating in velvet tracksuits, and greats you smiling with a glass of wine.

Absolutely going to visit again

My new favorite place in Pittsburgh! The food is authentic and delicious, the restaurant is beautiful with a rustic but polished charm, and the best part is the ambiance. I love how the staff and owners seem to know so many of the guests and it really does make you feel like your family there. This is my second time to this restaurant but the first time there with the live music and I love it! We will definitely be back! Super romantic dinner.

Awesome restaurant
We went there in middle of the week and the place was packed. They had live music which was super cool. We really enjoyed. And pasta, OMG, they were the best. Highly highly recommended specially on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays which they have live music. Love this place.

Excellent food, nice music taste. Fairly to say the pasta served here is the best I have ever had. Out of my imagination.

The food and wine are great. Limited cocktails. The staff are terrific. Pi is a great host. Our dinner was a delight.

Great Italian food and an even better environment. The restaurant is an experience in itself and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. I have the penne with chicken and it was delicious. Can't recommend it enough!

This restaurant is cozy and quaint. All of the food was delicious. They allowed ample time between courses, so that you don't feel rushed to finish anything. My steak was cooked perfectly.

I would recommend Girasole for a date night, out with friends or just random meal. I will definitely be returning.

An absolutely amazing gem! At the suggestion of a friend, a small group of us visited this amazing eatery. We met the owner, was serenaded with live music, and shared a delicious meal. It is very unassuming inside but that gives way to exceptional service and food.
