First time trying Chicago deep dish & thanks to Giordano's the experience was amazing!!!!! Good pizza perfectly made, nice atmosphere. Price range $60 or more for 2 people (this includes drinks).

Famous pizza in Chicago, I found it's ok. The line was long, took an hour for us to get a table. Price is OK. Customer service is great.

If you wanna taste real Chicago food, you have to come here, is very reasonable priced and their Deep Dish Pizza is amazing (it takes 45min to cook, so be aware of that). The small size Deep Dish is good enough for 2-3 people because every slice is really heavy (believe me, is nothing like regular pizza). They also offer a variety of dishes including different types of pizza (not only Deep Dish).

The pizza tasted amazing. We ordered the extra thin chrust chickeen piza. As we had reached at 10.15 pm and since it was already late we did not order the deep dish pizza. However the order should have been completed in 15mins as promisied but it took alsoost 40 mins and we got our first order only at 10.50 pm. Other than the delay everything was just awesome. We were even allowed to be seated for 15 mins more past 11. The staff is supper friendly and amazing!!! Happy pizzaing!!!

Giordano's lived up to all the hype and great reviews. The deep dish pizza was amazing. We also had some delicious desserts and wings. The wings were some of the best I've ever had. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I had to deduct one star because we ordered a couple of mojitos and the drink consisted of more ice than liquid. Two pulls from the straw and the drink was nearly done. We also had quite a wait for the pizza and wings to be made but I understood that since the restaurant was highly patronized. However it is something to keep in mind: don't go there on an empty stomach. All in all I would definitely go back there again.

Oh my gosh how amazing is this place. While the wait might be long it is totally worth it. Understand that one pizza pie can serve three people

Came here for a deep dish pizza and ordered the meat lovers. Service was quick. Great atmosphere friendly staff. Good place to come for lunch or dinner. If you order a deep dish allow plenty of time in your plans as it take a while to prepare. All in all enjoyed the time there.

I was sadly disappointed with our visit here. It was the first place we went to after leaving the airport and we chose it because we wanted a true Chicago style pizza experience. We were promptly seated and greeted. Service was good but the food was lacking. I ordered a stuffed deep dish pizza and my boyfriend ordered an Italian Beef sandwich. Neither were too impressive. The crust on the pizza was hard and hardly eatable and the cheese didnt seem melted all the way. The beef on the sandwich was dry and seems like it had been sitting out for a while. We both enjoyed the Parmesan french fries. This was my second time at Giordano's, the first time was a similar experiance to the second but because it was a few years ago I thought I would give it another try. If I have a say I will not be going back any time soon.

Not a fan of deep dish- but the service here was super subpar. We got there on a Saturday night around 9pm. We weren t served water for over 15 minutes. They took forever for our appetizer. And the pizza- not worth the wait.

Didn't see this one coming.. Yes you'll wait about 30 to 45 min for the pie (yes its a pie) original deep dish pizza ,but wow is not worth every minute. I had the brushetta (toasted baguette, layered fresh mozzarella diced tomato , fresh shredded basil, drizzled with balsamic vinegar), and the Chicago style deep dish. Waitress was helpful with ordering, friendly, and attentive. Food was fresh and delicious . I've never eaten a piece of pizza so fast before in my life!! I'll definitely be back.

Great pizza place the person I had was extremely nice

Even though I had to travel more than 2000 miles, then wait for about 35 minutes for a table and about 10 more minutes for the pre-ordered pizza, I can say I was not disappointed at all. Best pizza I've ever eaten: the quality of the ingredients, the way flavors interact with your palate, it was great!

The manager was super accommodating to us(ordered take out earlier but decided to eat in) The pizzas take about 30 minutes to bake(they warn you on the website) The food was amazing. We tried the thin crust and ofcourse a deep dish! Highly reccomend!! Also our server was very friendly and attentive!

My house salad was wilted and slimy, so I asked for a replacement. The replacement was a bit less slimy.
The deep dish pizza was fine, but not amazing. Same with the Chicago beef sandwich.

A MUST! if you visit Chicago, stop by at one of their many loctions. Great service everytime. Realy good authentic Chicago style pizza.

We called in an order before we got there and were able to avoid the legendary 45-minute wait for our pizza. This was two days after Christmas and we were seated within 10 minutes of arriving, with pizza almost immediately after. At Giordanos. Absolutely delightful visit.

Great pizza and they let you know up front you are going to be there a while. We sat at the bar and the draft beer system wasn't working. Pizza was great and traditional Chicago style pizza. There is more than enough to share so dont order a small and think it will be for just one person.

Fantastic Chicago deep dish pizza. So glad we ventured out during our layover on Amtrak, only a few blocks from Union station. Top notch, friendly service. On a Friday, it was less than a 10 minute wait around 6 PM. Looked like a much longer wait when we left around 7. Still would have been worth it.

Chicago s famous deep dish pizza.We had a Vegan Pizza .The crust is thick and filled with cheese.One Medium pizza can serve 4 person.Topping are Broccoli,bell peppers and onions only. If we want we had to add extra toppings with extra charge.we had to wait 40-60 mins to get seated.we can order after 20 mins.The pizza will come after another 40 mins.Be prepared to wait for 2 hours to eat this famous delicious Pizza.

SO YUMMY! We had spinach and cheese deep dish and it was delicious. (FYI deep dish takes 45 min. To cook). Greek salad was ok. Not super special. Service was great.
